The location . Courtyard and public areas are very comfortable and a little haven. Very quiet even though in the middle of a busy area. Staff particularly friendly and pleasant. Very helpful with any needs you may have.

Great, central location. Nice, clean room at a great price. Nice and accommodating staff. I also liked that they have a noon checkout, even though we couldn’t stay that late.
All was good.

Location was great. Cleanliness was good.
Fire alarm went off at 7.30 am and we exited the building to the rear following protocol. Unfortunately no one thought to come and check on us at the assembly point. We decided to go around to the front of the building to discover people eating breakfast. When we asked about the fire alarm at reception they simply said oh it was a false alarm 😡 How were we meant to know this as no one thought to come and check. False alarm or not they should have checked.
