The hotel location is very close to the city center, train and metro station. It makes the day trips travel out of Newcastle very convenient. There are also many restaurants and shopping malls nearby the hotel. China town is also within the walking distance. Check in and check out is also fast.
There are no toiletries and amenities provided in the bathroom except shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. The room housekeeping is not very clean. We found hair on the bedsheet during our first day stay. Besides, there is no vacuuming on the carpet and they don't provide the slippers. We found it a bit dirty on the carpet.

We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. We were also able to add breakfast on at checkin with no issues. The receptionists were very helpful and informative. We got extra tea/milk dir room with no issues. The bed was comfortable like sleeping on a cloud after a long day of sightseeing.

Room clean and facilitys were good, modern and a nice shower, Hairdryer/Iron/Ironing board in room, also Tea and Coffe
Only thing was no fridge in the room

Housekeeping decided to not change our bed and only remake it even though we told them we had spilled something on our sheet
