The location was great. Kitchen great, washing machine, iron, clothes line, even small things all thought about. Huge living area with high ceilings. WiFi very good. Host Lesa really nice, recommended restaurants and booked us taxi for airport.

Pillows on beds. Couldn’t find coffee pods in any shop to fit coffee machine but this is just me being picky

location was excellent, only 1 min walk to the square

bedroom and bathroom need upgrading

We loved how close the apartment was to the main square where all the cafes and restaurants are located. We liked how spacious the apartment was and loved the modern kitchen. The old city is a 20 minute walk away but we preferred being in the town where there are fewer tourists and where you can get a real flavour of Carcassonne.

The sofas needed more cushions to be comfortable and the TV was too small for the room. We couldn't locate the Amazon Fire Stick so we were not able to watch TV, only DVDs. The TV remote didn't work and so we had to use the controls on the TV. Some light bulbs were not working. The Clock in the bedroom didn't work. The hot water was difficult to master. The apartment was sparing in its interior decoration so felt a bit empty.
