Eine kleine, feine Oase der Ruhe.

Aussenbereich sehr gemütlich/ansprechend/einladend um ein paar Tage die Seele in der Hängematte baumeln zu lassen. Bett war bequem, Zimmer hatte einen Ganzkörperspiegel (leider nicht gut beleuchtet) und eine hilfreiche Koffer-/Rucksackablage. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, lediglich den Wind konnte man hören, da ich zwei sehr windige Tage erwischt habe. Andrea war super lieb und hilfsbereit.

Eine Nachtischlampe und eine Ganzkörperspiegelbeleuchtung wäre wünschenswert. Leider hatte ich übersehen, dass ich ein Zimmer mit shared Bathroom gebucht habe, daher aufpassen beim Buchen (insb. deshalb finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für sehr verbesserungswürdig). Frühstück könnte abwechslungs-/facettenreicher sein, vllt. Als Vorschlag mit Vorbestellung am Abend zuvor um Abfälle zu vermeiden. Dafür kann die Unterkunft selbst nichts, allerdings ist die Auswahl an Restaurants/Möglichkeiten zum Essen/Kaffee trinken sehr sehr begrenzt (1-3 Lokale).

Comme à la maison

Les personnes qui tiennent la casa greca sont top, l'accueil est très agréable. La chambre etais de bonne taille pour 2j.et très propre. L'emplacement de la maison est top vous êtes sur la plage les pieds dans l'eau. Équipements hamacs, tables, grand bac a sable et jouets pour que les enfants s'amusent. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Au levé vous êtes face à la mer cest génial. Ambiance apaisante on se sent comme a la maison.

Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas d'eau chaude et que ce n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi autant dire que c'est un peu compliqué. Heureusement que nous y étions que 2 jours. Apres nous ca ne nous a pas dérangé juste que si des gens viennent avec un nourrisson ce serais bien de le spécifier. Pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre.

Un fin de semana a orilla de la playa

Un alojamiento muy acogedor, Andrea la anfitriona nos trato rebien, el lugar es excelente para pasar unos días de vacaciones a orilla de la playa, ver el atardecer y el amanecer es una belleza.

Great house right on the beach

Andrea is absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home. We wanted to change rooms and she was very accommodating and sorted the change out in no time. The place has one of the best locations - right on the beach! You couldn't ask for more really. It was clean and comfortable and I would definitely love to go back with my dogs!

Excelente lugar para tener una tranquila y bonita estadía

Mi estancia fue una mezcla de buen recibimiento en cuanto amabilidad, disposición de servicio y excelente atención, Andrea y con la ayuda del Sr. Carlos hicieron para nosotros como familia sentirnos como en casa, adicionalmente el lugar posee una buena ubicación y la playa a solo pocos pasos, volveré en una próxima oportunidad.

En lo personal todo fue mejor de lo que esperaba, no tengo ningun comentario negativo.

Very pleasant stay at the beach at Rio Hato.

Very nice B&B directly on the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the common area outside is very pleasant. The host is available on site and took care of all our questions and requests. Highly recommendable!

Nothing really. There is a very tall residence beside the house that surprised us on arrival but one does not actually see it from the rooms and garden.

Exceptional

Andrea is a lovely person, she do not speak any English but she fullfil nearly any wish you have. We stood there for 2 nights and enjoyed the wonderful beach and the hospitality.

Very good

Andrea was wonderful - she was kind and attentive. The property is right on the beach and the setting is comfortable, especially the hammocks and chairs. We had the king + twin room which we loved since it was the only one to open right to the water and is set a little off to the side.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Called us a taxi right on time. Very clean & well looked after. I loved the decor.

Steps/access to the ocean was very steep & a bit dangerous. To difficult for my mother.

location right in front the beach.

There is no parking space. The neighbors had very loud music literally all night long (since 9pm until 6am), and nobody did anything about it. The restroom door kept moving and made a pounding sound that could be heard inside the room, all night long. The breakfast was good, but one of the pineapple plates tasted like onion.

Very satisfactory.

The place was easy to find. The room was according to expectations. Breakfast was prepared inmediately we were ready to take it, so it was fresh. We took our cup of coffee down the beach, so it was great! We felt like home, as we happened to be the only guests at the time. Loved Penny, the home pet. Enjoyed talking to our hostess about her country and our country as well. Will defintely come back.

Beachfront Inexpensive Paradise

Spectacular beach-front location. Literally toes in the sand. Cool rest locations (hammocks, couches, etc). Everything very clean. Rooms are small and bathroom shared in some rooms, so just be aware!

Wish I could come back more often :-)

Relaxing vacations on the beach

Great situated place. It is ...on the beach really. If you like you can use hammock and take a nap or just sit on the chair and watch waves of the ocean. We have felt really safe and relaxed. I have booked room without private bathroom but the Owner helped to change it immediately - It was very nice of her. And ...it helped us very much( we travel with 7year old girl). We hoped there will be a dog and there was. Nicest dog in the world 🤩 Penny ! I can tell that you can count on really nice Owner ( that we could ask about everything) and great host - Ms Andrea. Andrea is like an angel of that place 🙂 And ...she makes really tasty omelettes! I prefere small places ( where i can sit and read and just watch sunsets) more than big hotels and that is why i chose this wonderfull place. We've had unforgettable vacations. We have met great people and saw beautifull landscapes that we will never forget. And..we miss Ms Andrea and also Penny and Luka❤ Good luck! Have a nice stay!

Highly recommend and will come back for sure.

The location is absolutely stunning and right on the beach. Casa Greca is beautifully kept with an open kitchen as a centerpiece. The rooms are simple but very cozy and comfortable. Andrea was an amazing host, cooked delicious breakfast and was very helpful and kind.

pleasant but short stay

right on the beach, friendly staff, very spacious room

we couldn’t get hot water running in the shower. the food from the restaurant recommended to us took forever to arrive.
