My husband and I stayed in Alice's rental for 2 nights while planning our move to the city. Alice was responsive and welcoming, the location was convenient, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

This little apartment was perfect for our stay before our Alaska cruise. We arrived late Saturday evening, and Alice was very flexible about our arrival time. She met us and gave us a tour of the apartment, along with some information about what we could find nearby. The apartment was so cute and clean and comfortable. So much nicer than staying in a hotel in the downtown area. We were easily able to get Ubers to take us to the pier for an afternoon whale watching cruise on Sunday, as well as to the pier on Monday morning for our Alaska cruise. My son says 5/5 stars, Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again “next time”.

Very nice apartment in North Seattle. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Great communication with host (Alice). Met upon arrival…received apartment walk-through and detailed neighborhood info sheet. Quick 5-8 min walk to RapidLine bus stop….then about 25 minutes into downtown Seattle. Trader Joe’s, Safeway and Town & Country grocers within walking distance. Assorted dining and drinking options all around. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Alice is on site and very accommodating. Kitchen is well stocked and very comfortable for cooking. Location is super to take the D bus into downtown Seattle. Golden Sands park is beautiful!

Apartment was excellent for us. Had everything we needed. Alice was an attentive host. 2 very nice restaurants and bars a few blocks away. D. Line bus 3 blocks takes you downtown Seattle and surrounding areas for $2.75 for entire day. Can use bus as often as you want for the day. Spent a lot of time at market and downtown. Took taxi from airport to her rental and an uber to cruisport for Alaska cruise. Perfect and easy.

Check in process was seamless and the basement unit was larger than expected. Alice was efficient and friendly and gave clear expectations for check-out as well. Its centrally located but still private. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the spacious apartment, king bed, clean towels and fully equipped kitchen. The host helped make our stay comfortable, allowed us to leave luggage in storage. Highly recommend the apartment.

This VRBO was cool, quiet, and located in a nice residential area. The owner took the time to introduce herself and show us the space upon our arrival. She was also very communicative prior to arrival and provided a rollaway bed and screen for our comfort.

Our host, Alice, was absolutely fantastic! She was there to greet us when we arrived, and showed us some of the nuances of her older VRBO. We were traveling with our toddler for the first time, and she not only provided a high chair for us to use, but was gracious enough to allow us to "baby-proof" her home to make a safe stay for our son. I highly recommend using her VRBO, she's great!

Loved staying at this place, super clean, easy to locate and Alice waited to meet us and show us around. House was fully equipped, was able to cook a few meals and have people over as well! Would definitely come back!

Alice was a very friendly host. She was kind enough to allow us to drop off our luggage before check-in and leave our luggage after check-out, since we didn't have a car, so we could explore without having to carry all our stuff with us. The apartment was pretty clean for the most part, and it was nice to have access to the washer and dryer if we needed it. We were a little disappointed that there was no door to the bedroom, and a bedroom TV would have been a bonus for after we put the child to bed in the living room. The location was a little out of the way if you plan to spend most your time downtown, but we just used ride-share to get back and forth. Alice was a very accommodating host, and we would stay again.

Great location, great parking and great host. Very clean and spacious. Close to everything we needed. Our only issue was the Wifi was spotty and would drop regularly which made some communication a bit challenging.

Don't miss a walk around this neighborhood. Beautiful homes with lovely gardens. Stop and smell the roses, including the fresh blooms in your room from the host's garden.

The property was easy to find and within a 5 minute walk to the D line bus stop which allowed for easy access to downtown and other tourist areas. Alice was extremely friendly and helpful and provided all the information to ensure my stay was comfortable. The property itself was very clean and spacious and a great deal of effort appears to have been taken by Alice to ensure that all needs are catered for. Thank you for having me and if i'm in Seattle again i will definitely be rebooking.

Alice was a terrific host. She was very accommodating and welcomed us upon our arrival, which was nearly midnight. She was very responsive to texts. Our space had its own private entrance and we had plenty of privacy. Great neighborhood and proximity to cruise terminal made this the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay before the cruise!

Visited Seattle for a concert in the University District. Direct bus less than 15 minute walk. Bus downtown about 3 minutes walk. Easy walk to downtown Ballard for restaurants and pubs.

Lovely space in a great location! My son and I attended 2 concerts at Climate Pledge Arena and didn’t want to have to drive back and forth, so we stayed here and it was great! Alice is amazing and very helpful. We’d definitely stay with her again!

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO in Ballard The place was on a quiet street and there was plenty of space inside + an outdoor seating area and grill. Our host, Alice, was very nice and even wrote a birthday card for our daughter. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

Basement apartment is well stocked, the living room is super cozy, and access to laundry was a lifesaver. I was traveling for a wedding so having access to an iron, dryer, and wrinkle releasing spray, saved me in getting wrinkles out of our clothes. The outdoor patio area is great. The walkability to restaurants and amenities was very convenient. Alice is super responsive and friendly.
