Resepsiyon da ki bayan personel 2 saat erken odayı teslim etti

Tesisin sabah kahvaltısı kötü . Odalarda yataklar kötü hiç yatılmıyor çocuk yatağı gibi küçük. Oda kiliması motor gibi ses çıkarıyordu odalar temizlik iyi değildi. Banyo ve tuvalet çok kötü . Banyo için sıcak su olmadığı için soğuk su ile düş almak zorunda kaldık kısacası rezalet

A Hidden Jewel by Gold Souk.

Everyone was wonderful. Prompt services. Saifullah was exceptionally good and helpful.

The bedroom entry area has a stinge. May be from the small piece of carpet. That need to be paid attention to.

Budget located hotel

Great location, right in the centre of gold souk. Value for money hotel, budget friendly. Friendly staff, was served by Fatima.

All in all good, nothing to be picky about!

لا شيء يستحق الإعجاب متواضع المكان والسعر غالي لكن يناسب ربما من يحبون دبي القديمة والتسوق الشعبي

سعره عالي مقارنة بالجودة مكانه إزعاج بسبب سوق الذهب وكثرة المارة والمتسوقين

Overall a great budget hotel for single person.

The staff was quite helping, the rooms were clean, the facilities were ok for a single person to stay. And it is located at the heart of gold souk, so its a happening market place for visitors to explore, and for the rest of the Dubai travels the metro station walk was 15 min away.

The metro station being far on foot, if it would have been near that would have been great. apart from this everything else was okay. Also the hotel is not very spacious for family stay. Also the traffic is very bad in the area.

Location is great.

The bed was dirty, and there was no central air conditioning.

Am very happy to found my missing earing with a competent staff and well organised hotel

The staff were amazing,could you believe ,one of the Gold i bought in the market dropped unknowingly ,they send me picture of my Earing which i was looking for ,that they found it in the room i slept.I was so surprised .God bless them all. With this i rate them 100% because of faithfulness of the staff and well manner .

I would be cautious at booking at look at the room before paying

The manager was reasonable at compensation.

The place was not clean and the description is misleading. Not all rooms come with a balcony even though it is listed that it does. It looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for a very long.

Disappointing

The reservations were done online and we we’re supposed to pay 726 aed and the staff on the reception charged us 916 aed and didn’t hand us receipt also

great location to explore old Dubai on foot

it was very well situated (literally at entrance #2 of the Gold Souk

the traffic around it. it was literally impossible to get picked up there for tours at lunch time, in the afternoon, or evening.
