Tony and Michelle are kind and thoughtful hosts and readily available to answer any questions. Home is comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished with everything you'd need. Backyard peaceful with lots of greenery and water fountains. Tri Palms has 2 golf courses and a clubhouse with great amenities and activities. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in this home for 2 months. Checking in was a breeze with owner Tony, who met us at the property for a complete tour. He was available to us whenever we had questions and was delightful to deal with. We stayed there while looking for a home to purchase, and Tony was helpful in everything. We even hired his landscaper to work for us on the place we bought. The home is comfortable, well decorated and furnished, and has absolutely everything you might need for a short or long term stay. There is a community pool and clubhouse with activites. All in all, a perfect place for your vacation.

What a great place to spend a month!. My husband and I came to Tony and Michelle’s to escape the South Dakota winter. We drove into town, kitty cat in tow, and were met by Tony at the house. He very kindly showed us around and gave us a primer on the workings of everything from the outdoor fountains to the TV remote (very helpful). The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. I love the artwork and decor. The yard is as others have said, a spa-like atmosphere. The beds are comfortable and we have slept really well. There is everything you need to fix any meal. Speaking of meals, Walmart, SAMs club and Costco are literally a mile away. Tri-Palms estates is a very nice place. Well patrolled and maintained, no trash, no dog dirt. The golf course is beautiful, there’s a par three and an 18 hole...we’ve played both, GOLF CART INCLUDED. We’ll be back! Thanks Tony and Michelle.

Tony is a wonderful host. The house is tastefully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. The king bed was perfect. The back yard is beautiful with waterfalls, flowering shrubs and lovely outdoor furniture.

Every possible detail was thought of by owner Tony in this wonderful vacation rental. We were constantly saying "look, he even thought of this". The location of the home makes everything you want right at your fingertips....whether it's shopping, food, entertainment, or sight seeing. Even a casino is located within ten minutes. Tony and the home are a class act. I would highly recommend this comfortable home to my friends and family and would love to stay here again next year. D.Glasen Wa.

Super nice place to stay. The furnishings and beds are high quality. What really makes this place is the lovely outdoor space with the spa like backyard. Highly recommended for a value price in an expensive vacation area
