Disappointing
Was good value and location ok.
We had to leave during 2nd night due to rodent infestation in roofspace. We could not sleep because of noise. Nobody available to help. No complaints procedure or help with booking.com

Dieses Gebiet zwischen NRW und NIE bietet schöne Landschaft, gepflegte und historisch interessante Ortschaften, Gelegenheit zu ausgedehnten Wanderungen und Radtouren.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut durchdacht, leider völlig verschmutzt.
Die Wohnung ist ein Stück Realsatire. In dem Eingangsraum, der für die Website als gemütlicher Wohnraum fotografiert wurde, der aber nur eine kahle Diele mit z.T. anderen als den abgebildeten Möbeln ist, empfängt den Gast ein umfangreicher Text, der auseinandersetzt, was alles verboten ist. Man nehme sich Zeit. Die Liste ist lang.
Zur Entschädigung bekommt man dann aber auch hunderte toter und lebender Insekten in allen Räumen, selbst zwischen den zur Verfügung gestellten Handtüchern und in der Waschmaschine. Spinnweben überall. In Toilette und Toilettenbürstenhalter und an umliegenden Wänden Kotspuren. Müllreste im Küchenmülleimer, Schmutzreste im Kühlschrank, Schmutzschichten auf dem Toaster, in der Spüle, in der Mikrowelle, auf dem Wasserkocher, in der Waschmaschine, auf den Tischdecken, auf dem Fön, auf den Möbeln, auf Türklinken und Armaturen. Der angebotene Spüllappen eklig. Unter dem Bett eine Staublandschaft. Die Fenster ungeputzt. Der auf der Website genannte Gartenblick verbirgt sich hinter zwei verschmutzten Fenstern, von denen eines zugeschraubt ist und die beide mit Jalousien behängt sind, die man nicht öffnen kann. Den genannten Blick in die Felder kann man ausschließlich vom Toilettenfenster aus genießen, wenn man größer als 1, 50 m ist.
An elektrischen Geräten darf man nur Tablet und Handy an die Stromversorgung anschließen. Wer sich elektrisch rasieren möchte, eine elektrische Zahnbürste oder einen Laptop benutzt oder auf ein Inhalationsgerät angewiesen ist, soll vermutlich mit Hilfe eines Drogeriemarktes umplanen und sich die Haare mit dem Ekelfön trocknen statt mit dem eigenen. Und mit dem Laptop kann man sich ja auch ins Café setzen, sobald die Haare trocken sind. In dem Kühlschrank darf man aus hygienischen Gründen keine angebrochenen Lebensmittel aufbewahren, sagt die Hausordnung. Wir haben das als angebrachte Warnung verstanden.
Kurz: unser Vormieter sollte die Endreinigungspauschale zurückverlangen.
