Only three other homes on the privately owned 10 acre pond. Paddleboat or kayaks- all available onsite to navigate the crystal clear water. Located on the dammed end of the pond, you'll be serenaded by the sound of water running over the dam into the creek below. Also, only a 1/4 mile to Lake Luzerne public beach. The Gazebo, gas grill, patio, dock, picnic table, hammock, outdoor fire pit and Adirondack chairs make it the perfect setting to kick back or to entertain. And inside, (if you ever go in): The house is fully furnished, with a living room, bedroom, large full bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchen and dining room on the first floor.
