We are regular guests of the hotel and would like to thank all the staff, especially Kaloo and Amber, for their assistance throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city, close to everything. We used to walk to the nearby shops at night.

The staff was very nice and helpful. we requested extra bed and 2 rooms near each other and they did it with a smile. The beds were comfortable.
Our initial room smelt of cigarette very strongly, we couldnt stay there. The second room was clean but the cleaner had left something in the fridge that looked disgusting. Breakfast could do with extra options for children, such as chocolate spread, pain au chocolat...
