The hostel is in a large, old, beautiful house. It's decorated with beautiful art, and is very colorful and cheerful. There's a terrace with a wonderful view of the castle. The owner is very nice, kind, and friendly. There's even a pool!

I loved the building, how it has been reformed and how it’s decorated. Nice facilities.

The Hostel has a fun terrace with swimmingpool. Staff was kind to us, and we could leave our bags before and after check-in.
Staff was nice, the rest.. well:
- Some rooms have no sepperate Airconditioning.
- The beds are wet/humid and really sweat on their own. Which made us feel very uncomfortable.
- Some rooms dont have a fridge, the shared fridge is a straight up Biohazard.
- The hostel is really noisy from the inside! You can hear trough every wall, and the floor creaks.
- The shared bathrooms (when others have showered) are left so dirty! and unwelcoming that people would rather go to a public bathroom.
- Shared spaces are more minimalised (then the pictures) and kind of boring/underwhelming.
- The Hostel has a (Fruit) Fly problem.
Overall the hostel is underwhelming compared to how I read the description and photo's on Booking.com. It's less bright, not airy, not sunny or cosy like I imagined from the advertising. Basic hygiene is really out of the picture!. We stayed here for 3 nights, and things did not improve along the way, and we're happy we moved on.
