The room was compact, with not much view, and the shower cubicle was too small.
The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, while the ground and 2nd floors are unkempt. The stairs also need fixing.

The staff were very accommodating, approachable, and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the kuya guard, who was very welcoming throughout our stay.
The main concern was the location. The hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator, while the establishments on the first and second floors and the surrounding area did not feel very pleasant or safe, especially for tourists who are unfamiliar with the place. This made us feel uneasy when coming and going, particularly at night.
