Super Wohnung für den Städtetrip nach Athen

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, mitten in Plaka. Einfach zur Haustür raus und man ist gleich in der Fussgängerzone mt vielen Restaurants und Läden. Akropolis und Zeustempel sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gross und stilvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche hat man alles zur Verfügung was man so braucht.

Nachts wird es gerne mal ein bisschen lauter in der Strasse. Dafür kann natürlich niemand was. Sollte man aber bedenken, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

Excellent location, shops and restaurants nearby as well as historic sites

1. Filthy entrance, the rug steps were not vacuum at all 2. I ssues with the front entrance lock and door, we got stuck big time, and had to wait fo the manager for instructions on hw to open the front door

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again. Great location and wonderful hosts!

The apartment was spacious with lovely furnishings. The location was exceptional, being within walking distance of major attractions and great shops and restaurants. The owners were incredibly responsive and accomodating.

The air conditioning leaked a lot, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Great location and well sized apartment with everything that we needed

The location was very central and easy to get around. Great spot for the acropolis sightseeing and nice strip of restaurants and shops. Washing machine was handy when travelling with young ones.

The windows are dangerous for little kids, they open up to the street from the first level and our 2 year old could open the window so we were always afraid of them falling out. The airconditioner in the lounge leaked a lot of water so we had a lot and towel on the floor all day and night.

Wonderful stay in Anthens

This place was centrally located and close to everything. It allowed us to do a lot in a small amount of time. Close to very cute bars and restaurants as well.

Quaint and Welcoming

The apartment was gracious with space and had a welcoming feel. Unfortunately, during our travels through a few countries, a flight was canceled. Our trip to Athens was cut short, and we only stayed for one day. Much of our time was spent outside of the apartment. The instructions prior to arrival and the laminated pamphlet when we arrived were helpful. We arrived late at night and did not meet the hosts, but they were attentive and checked in through messages. Pull the outside door firmly when unlocking, and make sure it closes all the way when leaving. It is an old city, the doors just need some love. It's no problem once you figure it out. The AC units kept the apartment very comfortable. Just put a mat/towel on the floor for the one in the living room for the drip. Again, the AC was great, so a little drip did not ruin the stay. There is a lot to visit within walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and will go back to Athens when we have more time.

Great week in Plaka

Location is the key here which is amazing. Apartment is spacious so thats very nice with kids. And it was clean.

Its a bit old and the facilities ( AC, Boiler , Shower ) are old and dodgy as well.

Great trip to Athens

Great location, helpful host, large apartment.

The apartment is not well set up for self catering, (the stove is very old, there is no dishwasher and and there is quite limited cooking equipment). This won't be an issue if you plan to eat out, there are lots of wonderful (though expensive) restaurants close by in the Plaka, but I wouldn't plan on doing anything more than very basic food preparation in the apartment. The living room air con drips a lot of water but I informed the host (who was very helpful) and I think he will sort this soon.

Spacious apartment in excellent location!

The location was perfect - very close to restaurants, shops and major historic sites. Angelina and Kostis responded to a couple of questions that we had very promptly. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for our family of two adults and three kids aged 8 - 3 years old.

It was an excellent place except for struggle to open the locks on the doors all three days. we’re advised not to shut &

location, size & setup. It was cozy and served the purpose.

Both the entrance door from the street and door to the apartment THE LOCKS DO NOT FUNCTION, do not open either keys, absolutely awful experience. We were left hanging outside for half hour to an hour struggling to open and waiting for help to open. THE PLACE MUST NOT BE RENTED TO ANYONE WITHOUT FIXING THE LOCK & KEYS FOR BOTH THESE DOORS.
