Our family lives above the lower level apartment and you will hear footsteps, TV, and voices as low tone and muffled sounds through the ceiling above. The feedback from past guests have been that they can hear upstair noises and the slight noises but it doesn’t bother them enough to complain. We are very confident that you will enjoy a peaceful visit as so many guests before you have. We mention it to be as transparent as possible. We have one dog who almost never barks when outside and even less inside. She is a very friendly black lab and completely blocked from your living and yard area.
