We only stayed one night but found our room at the Devonshire Arms to be a very comfortable. The staff were are welcoming and our dinner and included breakfast were both excellent.

A real gem! A lovely rural setting complete with a red telephone box lit up at night! The staff were great, freindly and very helpful. The atmosphere was a mixture of village hub and relaxed boutique inn, perfect. It had obviously been subject to a major refurbishment and was extremely well done. The food was outstanding - much better than expected. Our room was perfect for an overnight stay, again fully refurbished. It is also exceptionally good value, we are looking forward to our next visit.
