Nice apartment in a great location

Location and bedroom and cooking facilities

A bit chilli as the heating was not controllable inside the apartment and an unpleasant odour in the bathroom

Great cosy place to stay very tranquil.

We loved the place it was extremely clean and tidy everything in its place had everything you need for your stay lovely decking area to chill outside with your coffee or wine sun beating down absolutely loved it great places to visit and come back to relax and watch your movies thanks we had a great time we definitely will go back Angie and Antony x

Clean but not comfortable

It was clean. Towels were supplied. There was fruit, biscuits and a pint of milk.

There was a terrible smell - we told the owners who came right over. My husband had sprayed deodorant to mask the smell and we had opened the windows. The owner offered and supplied a gel air freshener which we used but the smell did not dissipate for the duration of our stay. The light in the bathroom flickered so could not have that on and the bed was so uncomfortable - a decent small double bed would have been so much better than the pull out one. There were noises in the night which was either a boiler or the fridge which kept waking us up.

Clean comfortable all the home comforts. Would definitely recommend.

Just the right size for a couple. It was nice to have an outside area. Milk fruit and biscuits on arrival.

Clean, well equipped but would have preferred apartment with terrace.

The room was clean and well equipped. It had water, milk, tea and coffee available.

I misread the rooms available and ended up in attic room with bed settee instead of apartment with terrace. It should really be called a studio rather than apartment as it was very compact. The settee folded out but mattresses were fairly thin, so wasn't as comfortable as a bed.

it wasn’t what we thought we had booked. I thought I had booked a bed in a separate room , the booking site wasn’t very

the kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy with everything in it that you need.

uncomfortable bed that squeaked when you moved. the fridge coming on every fifteen minutes or so during the night.

Facilities very good & accommodation very lean.

So easy to receive message with door codes speedily before arrival to the property.

Location not as handy to our venue as the original booking, which was cancelled by you before I was able to make the payment before midnight on due payment date, when tried to make payment with my new debit card (old card held expired)

Cosy wee flat

I like everything about th stay nice wee cosy flat has everything you need. We stayed for 3 nights was great to have some relaxing time away from work and visit some family while we where there. Would definitely recommend this stay. Hopefully be back again in th future

Very cosy and quiet good location near to pub and takeaways short walk to centre will stay here again

The sofa bed was OK not as comfortable as proper bed will have to book studio with terrace next time

My second visit and the best place I have stayed at as a solo traveller in St Annes.

The studio flat is in a residential area, park on the drive or easy on-street parking. Local shops are a few minutes walk, a 10-minute walk to the main shops and about 15 to the pier. The flat has good wi-fi, the interior is modern, well thought out and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds.

Awesome place, would def return!

It was small yet very space-efficient, with everything that you need and in a very good shape - in regards to both cleaning and asthetics.

Only that I couldn't completrly fathom how the gas-heaters worked, and also the shower control-system was a bit disappointing (pretty slow current in high temperatures)

The hosts are lovley, how to get in to your apartment is communicated with you.

The small apartment is very modern clean and new

Excellent value- highly recommended.

Quiet location and accommodation. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor area would be nice in better weather! Good communication from the owners. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

Although the instructions in the bathroom clearly said not to turn on the ‘eco’ setting, the shower button had been left in this position- meaning it was quite cold until I reset it. I think it would be good if this could be checked at handover.
