I liked the quality of the fittings here - they have done the maximum with the space and created a lovely place to stay. I must say the cleaning lady, whom I met as I left, does a spectacular job. She is also such a nice person.
Well, it's on the old high street, which isn't as desirable as some locations with a view. But - I was advised by friends that live locally that other places to stay, nearer the sea, are actually extremely poor. So all in all, this is a good option in a town without a big hotel that belongs to a chain such as Travelodge or Premier Inn.

Breakfast was sufficient and well thought out. Parking restrictions easily overcome. The room was very clean - faultless with modern facilities.

The room was a good size and very clean, the bathroom was also a good size.
The lady who we collected the key off was very pleasant.
We were very disappointed in the breakfast, very poor.
The location wasn’t very good, a bit noisy at times.
