No High School/College groups, 25 & over. No expense has been spared with this absolutely stunning, newly built Chalet. Situated on a large private lot, the home has 10 comfortable bedrooms, 6.5 full baths. With over 6800 square feet of living space, there are too many amenities to list! The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family outings, trips with a with a bunch of your friends, ski trips , or just weekend escapes, this home has everything for just about everyone. The first floor consists of a 1600 square foot game room including a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, a bar and refrigerator, and 75" flat screen TV for the ultimate experience in entertainment! Jump into the heated 30' pool right outside on the deck, or relax in the large 8 person spa! The party deck also has plenty of seating for barbecues, or just kick back and take in the fresh air while drinking your favorite glass of wine or an ice cold beer! The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. As you make your way up to the main floor, the great room consists of 1600 square feet of open floor plan with unobstructed views of the adjacent ski resort! A modern eat-in kitchen has all the amenities of home and seats up to 20 people comfortably. The main floor also has 3 full bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for your convenience + 1 smaller bedroom! We booked the house for the Labor Day weekend for 10 families and their children. The location was prefect and an easy drive for all of us who came from multiple locations (Boston, NYC, Upstate NY, Philly). The house is located at a dead end street and is secluded from other properties providing the perfect privacy for such a large gathering. The check is was easy and all the instructions were provided in detail prior to our arrival. The host were super responsive and were available through both texts and emails. On our arrival, the house was clean and had all the basic necessities required - towels, soaps, paper towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. All the 10 families were able to get their own room and except for the two rooms, all the rooms had two queen beds. We had an minor issue with the electrical sockets not working in two of the rooms and Tina was able to send a handyman to address the issue. The kids (as well as the adults) had a great time at the pool and in the hot tub. The basement is a large area where the kids would hang out all day long and the adults were able to spend some quality time in the large eat in kitchen and on the deck. The house has plenty of bathrooms and that is a huge plus. Overall, everyone of us had a great time and we plan to book this place again next year.

This was a great house for our annual summer vacation with friends and family. There was plenty of space, house was well stocked for group cooking and was a great location with a variety of options nearby for activities for all. Tina and Boris were great hosts sharing a variety of local recommendations in advance of our stay and made the check in/out process very easy. They were very communicative throughout our stay checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was a pleasure having our family under one roof with room enough to move around and socialize. The children spent many hours in the pool. The hot tub was relaxing and the games downstairs kept the children busy. Thanks for providing a great place for us to hang out!

We’re a large group of college friends, only getting larger each year as more kids enter the fold. It’s become challenging to find a large enough accommodation that not only fits us all but one which also offers enough space to enjoy ourselves. This house was perfect. With the three floors, outdoor areas, spacious kitchen/living space and bathrooms, we had plenty of room to play, run around, cook, sand sit. At the night when the kids were asleep, the basement offered a comfortable and reassuring space to enjoy adult-only time to catch up on each others lives over a few drinks and board games. The few issues or uncertainties we had were answered nearly immediately as the hosts were very responsible and helpful. I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Between being able to fit our group very comfortably and offering something for all of us to do together I can’t thank the owners enough for hosting us. We truly enjoyed this property - wonderful family space for the three generations at our family reunion. The property allowed us to be together without being on top of one another. The bedrooms were roomy and separated into wings, which allowed each family a little privacy. Between the pool, the hot tub, the deck and the game room downstairs with a pool table and shuffle board, the house offered plenty of entertainment for old and young alike. Kitchen worked well for cooking large meals with many cooks and helpers collaborating. The house was clean, neat, and reasonable stocked.

The house was exactly as described - large and spacious with plenty of room for all. The furniture (couches) and kitchen are starting to show a bit of wear and tear and could use replacing. The pool and hot tub were great - but the decks were extremely slippery due to some algae growth - making them very dangerous.

The house is perfect for a large group. It's set up to allow separate areas for individual family groups if wanted also. The property is quiet and private. The pool is a good size and the decks are great for lounging. The young adults even went on a hike into the woods. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great location - close to 3 resorts for skiing. We made it out on a Friday to Jack Frost for our 7 yo to learn. Our friends made it to the closer resort for tubing and enjoyed the hot chocolate and food truck stands that were there. We all enjoyed the hot tub daily as well as the great hiking right from the back yard. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out with a beautiful view of the mountains. Tina and Boris even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. We will definitely be returning here.

The description on the listing very accurate. Everything is clean. We brought our own kitchen ware but we didn’t use it. The kitchen had EVERYTHING for cooking and grilling. Host even ordered a new coffee machine because the one in the house was broken. We had 232 people and more than enough space for everyone. There is a lot of activities for adults and kids. There is no back yard but the front yard is huge with a nice fire pit. The house is the last house on a dead end street so it is very private.
