Simple but cute room, just a few minutes from Ocean walk and night market, staff really helpful and just wonderful! Would certainly recommend staying here!

Location was good and their small friendly puppy, helpful staff (lady)
Requested to call 30 mins before arrival. We did and were hung up on as we couldnt communicate. Parking is very small opposite hotel, thankfully staff there called the boss and we waited to check in. He came and was quite agitated. Booked Quad family room which was decorates with halloween stickers, not as advertised, which scared our child. Beds really soft and toilet/shower had black hairs around. It didnt feel very clean. Tv channels wouldnt load due to poor internet. But worst was very poor sound proofing, could hear every movement in the hotel. We didnt sleep until after 12. Also whenever a resident used toilet/taps, the pipes would reverberate in our room, waking us up. So glad we just had one night stay. I dont understand why ratings are so high.
