Get ready to relax and enjoy this very spacious 3000 sq. ft home that sleeps 14 comfortably in beds (no pullouts.) The house boasts 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a wood-burning stove, jet tub, a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, dish network, open kitchen, 30x20 deck, fire pit, laundry room, hardwood floors, internet, and cable. The expansive kitchen is well equipped and includes service for 14+. The dining room consists of a large farm table with chairs for all! We are one of 2 private homes along a dead-end street and our home is situated on over 6 acres of woods ideal for snowshoeing and nature walks. The views are simply spectacular! This house is newly built and very family-friendly. It is the ideal getaway for multiple families, retreats, or family reunions. Location! Location! Location! Are you a skier? We are 12 miles to Stratton, 15 miles to Okemo, 6 miles to Bromley, 2 miles to Magic Mountain Skiing and Snow Tubing, and Viking Nordic Cross Country Center is 1/4 mile up the road! Are you a shopper? Well, this retreat is perfect for you! Manchester is within 15 minutes and has the best outlet shopping in all of VT. Weston is 6 miles away and Ludlow is 15 miles away. We rent weekly and monthly, and we welcome rentals all year.

I spent the weekend at this property with 9 other friends and we had such a great time. Spacious living areas and plenty of bedrooms made everything so comfortable. We made a fire in the wood burning stove to warm the house and that just added to the coziness of the house. Would visit again!

A group of six friends stayed here for a long weekend and we loved it! Great location for fun day trips and hiking. The house is large and well equipped. Beautiful property. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Great comfortable house for multiple families. Plenty of open space for spending time together and plenty of bedrooms for all. Outdoor space is perfect as well. Isolated but not far from town with great a large deck, gardens, outdoor activity areas and fire pits. Fantastic area for star gazing. Finding the property can be tricky the first time but definitely worth the trip. Great get away for my dad's 80th celebration!

Great Multi-family Weekend Getaway
The pictures don’t do this rental justice! The house was perfect for a 3 family ski getaway weekend. The house is clean, large enough for a big group, and close to Bromley and Okemo. Highly recommend and plan to rent again next year. One note: the house is off the main road onto a private drive. 4-wheel drive cars highly recommended in the winter.

Beautiful Home - Great Host
This house is even nicer than the pics, and is very well appointed and equipped. Wonderful place for a friends and family gathering in a great location. The host was great to communicate with as we were all planning around an incoming winter storm. Highly recommend!

Family President’s week trip!
Kelly North is a beautiful, spacious, yet cozy home.. We had space and comfort for our 4 grown children and our grandchildren. Pool table and table tennis kept our crew busy and happy apres ski.
Kitchen was well equipped and efficient. Eating space was very ample and sunlight enhanced the area.

Great family weekend getaway!
Staying here was great! The house is even bigger and nicer then it looks in the pictures. It was safe clean and had beautiful views. We were close enough to go ski or build snowmen outside. There were plenty of supplies to cook big family meals. We had a great time and had plenty of space. Owners were quick to answer any questions with a lot of information. Hope to come back!

Hidden Gem in the mountains
My family as well as 2 other families recently stayed at this spectacular home. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels you name it, they have it. Loved the wood burning stove and lack of TV in the great room. We were able to bond, chat play games and get to enjoy being fully present with each other.

WOW!
I would like to give this a 10 star rating. The amenities were exceptional; there was nothing at all we needed to bring, kitchen wise, towels, bath supplies. There was so much room for all of us. I loved that there was no TV in the main living room. We were surprised by the game room on the 4th floor. This place was spectacular. I can't say enough good things about it. Any question I had was answered practically immediately by the owner. We found lots of gems of things to do, including Lowell State park, just minutes away. Also easy and quick trip to Manchester. We had a blast!

Amazing weekend house
We were looking for a house to have a bachelor party that could accommodate 13 of us and Kelly North did not disappoint. The space was amazing. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and had plenty of space to prepare meals for all of us. The house also has a ton of living space so we were able to spread out and we never felt cramped. To say the pictures didn't do it justice would be an understatement. We're trying to find an excuse to go back sometime soon!

80th Birthday
I was looking for a nice home in VT to rent for my family to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. Kelly North was even better than advertised. The house is so spacious and has so many different areas for all of us yet spots to have private time. The kitchen had everything you would want to cook a meal. So well equipped. Plenty of bathroom space. The perfect spot for a family reunion. We all want to go back again.

A Beautiful Winter Ski Weekend
This rental home in Londonderry, VT was wonderful. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler living there and its expansive layout more than accommodated us. The house was immaculate when we arrived with every amenity available that we could think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with regard to pots, pans and appliances and the dining room more than fit all 10 of us. With a toddler on board, it was wonderful to have a laundry room easily accessible on the first floor and the third floor tv room offered wonderful videos for children to watch and games for the adults to play. Our location was perfect as we were able to enjoy a beautiful day of skiing at Bromley Mountain and a wonderful day of shopping in Manchester., VT. A little bit of something for everyone. You do have to bring all of your own food and paper goods for the kitchen, but there were more than sufficient supplies of clean towels, sheets, pillows, blankets and TP for the bathrooms. Truthfully, this home was equivalent to a five star hotel and we definitely hope to return next year.

This was a perfect house for a family ski weekend. It has a large, bright gathering space and plenty of bedrooms. The woodburning stove is great, and the location was perfect. I would definitely book again.

Inviting Winter Getaway-
We had such a wonderful stay at the house in Vermont.
After having rented several other places for a number of years, we thought we’d never find a place where our large group could find a home that had everything we needed and were looking for. Well our search is over!
The most amazing thing about this house is the space! We finally had a home where there were enough bedrooms for all of us to have some privacy and get a good night’s sleep. It was amazing to see all the king and queen sized beds, and the bunk room was perfect for the parent and children combination who were with us. And the open living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group. We could all comfortably gather to reconnect and share stories, play music – both through the wonderful sound system provided and with our own instruments. When some of us were preparing a meal, we didn’t have to feel like we were missing out on the fun because the kitchen was right there! And the kitchen was so well supplied. We had brought a bunch of our own cookware thinking no rental property would have pots and pans to cook food for our large group, but we were pleasantly surprised that
everything we could possibly need was supplied for us
The location is also unbelievably convenient. Many of us walked the short distance (albeit up a hill) to the Viking Nordic Center for a day of snowshoeing and fresh air. The town of Londonderry was just down the road and had a supermarket, lovely cafes and pubs and so on. The town of Weston was just a few miles away- we were sure to stop in at The Vermont Country Store.
The house is nestled in the woods so it feels like a real getaway.
The house is so beautifully designed so that it felt wonderful just to hang out and enjoy the views out the window. We could sit in just about any seat and watch the sun streaming through the windows, or the snow falling gently among the trees. There were also many things to keep people occupied both day and night. The pool table and ping pong table were great surprises and they were used almost constantly. There were televisions both upstairs and downstairs for people who wanted to connect to the outside world and the wifi service was exceptional. And the wood stove! It was unbelievable at keeping the great room nice and warm even when the temperature outside never rose about 5 degrees! We are so grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us and for ensuring that we had such a fantastic weekend in Vermont.
