Situated in Laconia, this attractive condo for $137 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Book For Your Vacation!! This Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo is located 2/10ths of a mile from Weirs beach, with beach rights, SKI Gunstock for the winter it's only 10 miles away.. It is only a 3 minute walk to everything - Boardwalk, Arcades, etc. All major attractions are within a 5 minute drive , from Waterslides and boat launches to Funspot and shopping outlets. Drive 10 to 20 minutes for all summer lakes region attractions, or enjoy fall foliage, The Pool is right out your door. With the pool view from this end unit, and the office right downstairs we believe this is the nicest condo in the complex. Ski the winter, Boat and Beach the Summer, relax and enjoy the foliage. Everything is right outside your doorstep. ***PLEASE NOTE: SUMMER RENTALS are only available for a minimum of at least one full week rental from a Saturday to a Saturday. Beginning the end of June through September labor day. Fall Foliage: Have you ever been in the lakes region for fall foliage? You will love it, The surroundings are beautiful, especially when you are overlooking the 5th largest lake in the US. Skiing: Gunstock is only 10 minutes out your door, the snow is great, and the weather is not quite as cold as being way up north, although you can drive there as well. Great winter rental prices. Please Note: From the first week of June through the end of labor day - September we do not do Daily, Weekend, or any rentals less than the full 7 day week - Saturday to Saturday. This is peak season and we are fully rented every summer so to just rent a partial week is not worth it for us. Thank you!

The location was amazing. We went skiing at Gunstock and it was a close, quick trip from the condo. Although small, it was perfect for the 4 of us. The place was clean and the showers were hot! No issues at all.

Walking up to the property was nothing too impressive, a large condo building but once the door to the condo was opened we were pleasantly surprised! So clean and neat, loved the layout with the master bedroom w/private bath on one side of the kitchen and the "boy's" room with a bathroom on the other. The little balcony off the living room looking out over the property, playground and tennis court is very nice for morning coffee to watch the sunrise. It is located next to the pool, a short walk to Cumberland Farms for incidentals and to Kellerhaus for ice cream. It is also walking distance to Weirs Beach providing managing a very steep incline is possible. The only thing that would have made it better is if it were on the water! We loved the place and hope to return next year!

Right in the thick of Weir’s Beach with easy access to all the Lake region has to offer! Unit was great and had all the amenities needed. Next to the pool l, playground and outdoor cooking area for grilling. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

This was our first experience with Vrbo. This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was exceptionally clean and bright, right next to the pool, and air conditioned which was a welcome relief on the hot, humid days. Ken, the owner, was available to us whenever we had a question. The housekeeper did an amazing job, and left us delicious homemade blueberry bread which we devoured. The location was very convenient, as it was only a 10 minute walk to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk. The walk itself was a bit hilly, but not a big deal. As for the overall experience, if we could give it more than 5 stars, we would! We highly recommend this condo, you won’t be disappointed.

This property was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do. The pool was really nice when the weather was uncertain we could just hang out and run right in if it started to rain and right back out again. We had everything we needed

This condo was perfect size for my husband, son and I. It was so clean and smelt good. The housekeeper Mary-Jo left home made blueberry bread - yum!

Great time. House needs a little cosmetic job but over good. Only issue was had to wait for cleaning person to clean. But got it worked out a little delayed and it was all good. Was cleaned and we stayed for our time. Our cleaning lady even brought us a treat. Great screened in porch and near the pool!

The housekeeper kindly left a delicious blueberry cake (thank you) but we would have preferred a deeper clean of the property. Some things were clean, others completely overlooked. We ended up doing our own cleaning. Dusty. Grimy walls. Hair in the shower. Disgusting shower curtain. Carpet looks like it has never been cleaned, ever- really gross. Throw pillows stained. Air conditioners very noisy.
The location is fine. The kitchen adequate. But we felt totally misled by 5 star reviews. It was cheap - guess you get what you pay for.

Loved the location and size of the condo. We had our 11 year old grandson with us,he loved the fact that he had a tv and his own bathroom. Was really nice to have a pool right out our door. Everything was close by which made it nice. Grandson loved it so much he wants to go back next year.

Terrific condo. Accommodates a family quite comfortably. New amenities were a great surprise. Condo is ideally located by pool and the village is within easy distance of all attractions and necessities. I love making this part of my NH vacation ritual. Already can’t wait to go back. It was our third time staying here! We never regret it! Mg kids said 5 out of 5 stars all the way! I agree! I loved the updated fridge, stove, and tv in the living room! We cannot wait to go back next year!

This was such a much needed vacation especially after the Covid shut down on everything last summer.The family which consists of child,young teens and adults it was smiles all around by all.Dealing with the owners prior to the vacation date was awesome as well.They got back in touch with me immediately with answers to all my questions.The check in and out process was easy and painless.The unit was perfectly sized for all and right next to the pool and kids playground.Made great memories and good friends and I look forward to returning next year but for 2 weeks instead of 1 next time.

This property is perfect for a family getaway. I loved how much space we had and the convenience of having the pool outside the front door. It is close to all the major attractions. We even had homemade blueberry bread upon arrival. This was my first time using VRBO and I am totally satisfied with the overall experience. I will definitely stay here again!

The rugs did need cleaning and the stove and oven was extremely dirty, however the manager stated a new stove was on order and was back ordered.

Had a very nice stay at Ken and Jen’s condo. The unit is right by the pool which is great if you have kids who love to swim. Everything was well stocked (ie kitchen supplies, towels, and sheets). We enjoy staying here every year and will be back!

Third time renting from Ken and Jen. Excellent location, beautiful and spacious home, attentive owners, minutes from the beach and other activities…what more could you ask for. Definitely our go-to place when we vacation in the area.

My son, daughter and her boyfriend were with us and it was a very nice layout for 5 adults. Always nice to stay someplace that you can walk to a brewery with good food and also a convenient store.
We all enjoyed the pool and all the people we met were very nice. We would recommend this property and probably will go back😎!

On the positive: the house was quite clean and we were welcomed with a delicious blueberry coffee cake.However, there were many negatives. The house needs a lot of work: the screens are separating from the window frames, the weatherstripping in the front window fell out every time we opened the window. The pull-out queen sofa bed was not well covered -- the provided bedding was smaller than the size of the sofa bed. We were three adult guests, but only the master bed was made for our arrival. The bunk beds in the second bedroom fairly filled the room but were unmade while being right up against the walls, making it very difficult for anyone to try to make them. Although the description mentioned that the rooms were air conditioned, and although there were air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room, they were quite securely covered and taped over, so using them would have been very difficult. In sum, we would not recommend this property to others or stay at it in the future.

Everything went smooth from check in to check out the owners are always available to answer questions. This unit is right next to the pool which made it nice to take morning and afternoon dips. Everything is provided and labeled which makes everything nice and easy. I’ve stayed in several of these units and I highly recommend this one.

The property was what we expected. Very convenient location for summer activities, and was great for a weekend getaway. Only thing that wasn't communicated was no soap or face cloths for shower but not a big deal
