If you're looking for every possible convenience, this is not for you. This is a place to be a little off the grid, yet not far from stores. Small, but plenty of room for 4 adults, or 2 adults and children. Extremely clean. Small kitchen and dining/living area. Living area is very comfortable, including cable TV. Bathroom is small, but large enough to contain a washer and dryer. Bedrooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. There is so much room outside the house that you're not bothered by other people renting cabins. The back porch is the greatest part of this cabin. The view from there is of the creek (large creek), and the sound of rushing water just melts any stress away. A few issues, but nothing big. I let the owner, Chris, know and he's going to take care of them. No one else had called to let him know. He can't fix anything if the visitor doesn't bother to call him. Before you complain in a review, call the owner. I loved this cabin and I plan to stay there again. Thanks Chris for a great little cabin.

The view of the mountain, woods and stream made for a perfect stay in this little secluded cabin!! There were 2 areas to build a fire- one right on the stream! Chris contacted us not long after we arrived to make sure all was good and delivered us some firewood!! The house amenities were great! We will be back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of sitting on the porch overlooking the views and stream!!

Not the cabins fault. I got a call up in the night the night we arrived and had to return home the next day. So We lost our tickets to Dixie Stampede, and our cabin rental. I was so disappointed.

This cabin was exactly what we needed! The back porch was a great place to start our days. The sound of the creek below was amazing to listen to. The bed was comfortable for a good nights rest. It is well stocked with brochures to help you decide daily destinations and activities. I would definitely stay here again 💕

Cozy cabin secluded back in the woods with the creek behind it. Very peaceful and serene. Three trails in Great Smoky Mountain National Park only about 1 1/2 miles walk from the cabin. Like having your own private entrance to the park!

We showed up at 4:05 and the cabin had not been cleaned, there was a bag of trash on the front porch, bed was not made, plate with food on it in microwave and dishes in the sink. We tried to call the office and housekeeping several times and no answer. My husband even went up to the so called office on sight and still nothing. Im glad they had a washer and drier, so I was able to wash the bedding and towels. We had to go to the store and buy our own toilet paper. The cabin itself was nice and the view was also nice.

When we got there the garbage bin was already full . And when we left still hasn’t been emptied, but The cabin was a cute cozy little 2 bedroom 1 bath with washier and dryer Small kitchen and right on the creek the rushing water sound was beautiful and peaceful and with a great view of the creek from porch .The decor could use some updating like maybe with the Mountain View’s of the area or animals you see there but When we lost power there (which happens regularly there I was told ) no call from property manager to let us and others know . There was no readiness for it so no flashlights or candles ,& no water cause of water being on a well and the Power came back on in thou in 4 hrs or so .and we do run out of hot water quickly . But The property is great you can walk down to the creek .The cabin has 2 sets of sliding doors with screens so you can leave them open to hear the creek which was lovely & very relaxing. We enjoyed our 31st wedding anniversary getaway weekend with this cabin . So if you go to this cute cozy cabin right on the creek make sure to bring flashlights and candles :) other then that great time and it’s not far from either Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge…. :)

I took my 2 teens and my dog here for spring break vacation. It was a wonderful experience. Staying right next to the creek was breathtaking and amazing! We enjoyed spending time on the porch listening to creek flow and being down playing on the rocks. It wasn't too remote that those who like the city would have to go far. But for those who love being isolated could enjoy the nature. Small town with wonderful diners. We loved going to Trish's Diner. Also, only being 20 minutes from Gatlinburg we enjoyed a couple days and evenings exploring the hustle and bustle of the tourist city.

Upon coming into the cabin we walked directly to the sliding glass door and opened it. The sound of the rushing water over the rocks was not only a beautiful sight, it was soothing to listen to as we fell asleep in the amazing environment of the smoky mountains.
Location was great, far enough from hustle and bustle and close enough when you wanted the action.
Loved this cabin and property. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quite and secluded area, it was a beautiful scene. They had a hammock and a creek right behind the house along with a fire pit. It was a little tight on the road and the parking cover to fit a truck into but all and all loved it. Would book again

The place is perfect it is off the beaten path and secluded from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Wonderful stream running beside the cabin and was very peaceful. Chris was very helpful with trails and things to do. Looking forward to our next stay here.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving, and not only was the rate better than ANY comparable place around, the cabin was far enough off the beaten path to avoid a lot of the madhouse that is Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge during that time of year. Clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay with a beautiful view nestled in the mountains, we were very pleased overall. Had a bit of an issue with the hot water when we took showers in succession, but we simply staggered them from that point on and had no further problems. Would definitely stay here again if and when we come back.

Very secluded private small cabin that was just perfect for us! We like simple and this location fit that description well. Owner was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area and attractions.

Overall this is a nice cabin. You can sit on the back porch and listen to the creek below or go down to the creek and hang out in the hammock. The cabin was probably one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. There were a few minor issues but nothing that would prevent me from renting again. The front door could only be lock with the dead bolt, but we didn't find this out until we came back from an outing. We thought it was locked but all we had to do was push it and it came open. The doorknob would not latch no matter how hard we pulled. I'm pretty sure most renters would appreciate that being fixed. The only other issue was a little musty smell after the cabin had been closed up for a few hours. But it didn't take long for it to air out so not a biggie. The serene location of this property on the creek completely trumps any minor issues we encountered. Being Fall there wasn't much to see in the garden so I can't say what it might be like in the Spring. We liked staying in Cosby. We usually stay in Townsend or Sevierville when we visit the Smokies. We chose this area this time because it was closer to the NC side and we wanted to do some hiking in Cataloochee and the Big Creek area and still be close enough to drive to all our favorite places on the TN side of the Smokies. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lullabye Waterfall cabin.

Cute, clean cabin, nestled deep in the woods, but not too far from the sights and sounds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed my stay!

Smelled musty & mildewy, when you walked in the door, main bedroom with the sliding glass door really smelled that way. The stove burner pans were rusty/ dirty & the aluminum burner inserts to keep burner pans clean were dirty. The refrigerator had black mildew along the door facings inside of it. Everything felt damp , because of all the woods around cabin and not much sunlight gets thru lot of dampness , it needs a dehumidifier to help with that. The toilet had a constant stream of water running in the bowl then it would make a noise like it was filling up really fast then stop, also had a strong urine smell, probably needed a new seal under the toilet. That’s an easy fix buy a new toliet float kit . The main bedroom had these very heavy thick drapes over the sliding glass patio doors, ( the tracks on both sets of patio doors needed cleaning ) Those drapes needed to be replaced by those vertical blinds that would eleviate some of the dampness , and the livingroom patio doors needed them as well they had no covering what so ever on them. The cabin itself was nice as far as the interior of it goes , the walls looked cabiny, the outside of the cabin looked ok. The picture showed beautiful gardens , grass around it Theres only a little grass in the back behind the cabin . The view of the creek was nice from the deck. The man who was in charge was very nice . I have asthma so all the musty, mildewy smells triggered my asthma, I had to use my inhaler everyday. I would also invest if it was my cabin in some better quality bed linens ( sheets & blankets or comforters ) & pillows. The comforters were very thin and it was chilly at night. If I was renting out cabins I would want it to be as nice as my home , have the comforts of home so people would want to stay there & enjoy staying there. These are just suggestions that I feel would improve the cabin and make it more enjoyable to stay in for all guests. Like I said the man who was in charge ( don’t know if he was caretaker or the owner) was very nice. The cabin has potential if they address these issues and fix them.

This cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and me. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching and listening to the stream while enjoying a glass of wine. The cabin had everything we needed for our vacation. The location made it easy to get to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Nice but AC was broken and replaced with a temporary unit that was loud and cold in one room and hot in others. A bit musty. View and porch are spectacular.
