Everything about this place was perfect. The villa is comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotless clean when handed. The pool is amazing !
Nothing really. You just need a car to go to town but it's a 13 minutes ride.

The property itself was very cozy, clean and fully equipped. The living room area is large and the couches are comfy. The massage chair is a great plus! The staff (the owner actually) was very polite. The pool was great and so was the garden/barbecue area. We even managed to have our own summer cinema (the projector was mine) and watch movies every night. Overall it was nice experience. The island is very close to Piraeus and that makes it very easy to travel to.
Privacy was not guaranteed. The owner lives in a small house behind the vila and he might show up for various reasons eg check if you have guests or if you use the barbecue while windy, even slightly! We didn’t manage to use it at all. To be fair it was not that often he would show up, but after a certain point just knowing that someone was in the same property made it weird. The last day even that the check out was at 11:30 we didn’t manage a swim in the pool because the robot vacuum was in since 9 am that day.

Η πισίνα και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι.
Μύριζε κλεισούρα το σπίτι και λάβαμε οδηγία από τον ιδιοκτήτη να μην ανοίγουμε παράθυρα λόγω κουνουπιών.
Υπάρχει θεμα ιδιωτικοτητας, καθώς ο ιδιοκτήτης μένει ακριβώς πισω από τη βίλα και εντός του ίδιου οικοπέδου και θέλει να ελέγχει. Όταν του κάναμε σύσταση ότι ζητούμε ιδιωτικοτητα και γι αυτό πληρώσαμε, δεν εμφανιστηκε ξανα μέχρι να φύγουμε. Κατά το check out ήρθε εκεί που ετοιμαζομασταν καθόλου διακριτικά με αποτέλεσμα να του ζητήσουμε να απομακρυνθεί λίγο μέχρι να βγούμε από το σπίτι.
