About this house rental
The house has 5 suites with balcony overlooking the sea. Altogether there are 7 bathrooms. equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, large balcony with amazing views. leisure area with barbecue, zen pergola, pool table, and an infinity pool where you can soak up the sun looking at the ocean.
The house is very light and airy, recently decorated, is in great condition. It is located on the slope of the beach Maranduba, surrounded by green area, with access to the sea via the stairs, where you can take a refreshing bath. Access to the house is by a dirt road about 1 km climb, featuring the natural preservation of the neighborhood for its residents.
Within 5 minutes drive you will find all the structure that needs markets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, greengrocers, fishmongers, etc ...

Recomendo locação deste imóvel! Atendeu a todas as expectativas e as fotos demonstram a realidade do local. Ficamos no período todo do carnaval e não tivemos nenhum imprevisto.
Recepção excelente e o melhor é o pronto retorno da Joana durante a negociação do imóvel! Casa moderna e aconchegante!

A casa realmente é maravilhosa e a vista é deslumbrante, pena que a manutenção não esteja de acordo. Ficamos hospedados por uma semana e encontramos diversos problemas, a bomba da piscina, o freezer horizontal, e alguns televisores não estavam funcionando. Acionamos a proprietária, mas os problemas não foram solucionados durante nossa estadia. Com relação aos televisores, ainda fomos informados que serviam apenas como decoração, nunca vi isso... A casa vale a pena, mas antes de alugar, é melhor ter certeza de que todos problemas foram solucionados.
