Charming cabin in a quaint and quiet Blue River subdivision, just 5 minutes from Breckenridge South Main Street. Single family home on 0.5 acres, with a large deck to enjoy direct mountain views. Deck features outdoor dining table that seats 6, an outdoor grill, comfy Adirondack chairs, an outdoor fire pit. Large entryway/mudroom leads into an open floor plan with updated kitchen, spacious living and dining spaces, fireplace. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds, and second bathroom outside the bedroom door.
Home gets lots of all-day sun. Free WiFi. W/D in unit. 2-car garage. 1-min walk to the bus stop for free Summit Stage service to/from Breckenridge Station, 5 minutes to Quandry Peak Trailhead, 10 minutes to Hoosier Pass.

Hubby and I have been caregivers for my mom with dementia for about 8 months and we needed a short break to refresh and relax. This spot was perfect! So clean and cozy and inviting! We enjoyed just sitting on the deck in the evenings and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We were sad to leave, but we definitely want to come back again for a longer stay. Close enough to Breck for a short drive to town, but far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet!

Positive: Good location. Hot water. 2-car garage driveway parking. Convenient mud room. Filtered drinking water. Comfy twin beds. Good supply of cooking gear.Negative: NOT clean! cobwebs, dust, crumbs, very dirty windows & mirrors, MOLD in shower and washer - really bad. TERRIBLE queen bed - extremely painful. Small river rocks on floor in bathroom shower - very dirty & uncomfortable. I really wanted to like this cute cottage, but it felt like a very long month.
