Very well designed and beautiful hotel, dog friendly (even has a room in the basement with a dog shower), quiet and in a good location, breakfast is amazing, staff is kind and ready to help at all points
This is an extension of the Resort Hof Weissbad that’s next to it - the check-in and breakfast are handled there. The parking spot is also in front of the resort

Super friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff..especially the young men at the reception desk.
The rooms were a bit awkward..counters low, with high bucket like sinks..but other than that it was fine.

The personnel was super helpful and we had a small accident that was handled with great care and professionalism and everyone was super concerned and trying to do what they could to help.
The breakfast restaurant is very nice but when the sun shines in, it's hard to avoid getting blinded.

Close to Train and Bus stations. Very good location not far from Appenzell. Nice Restaurant with good Swiss style food offerings nearby. Large if somewhat bland rooms.
Breakfast average. Bread, cheeses etc. not topped up. Experienced better during a 6 week stay in Switzerland.
