Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo dobry apartament, niestety mocno zaniedbany pod względem czystości

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przestronny apartament i świetne wyposażenie. W mieszkaniu znajduje się praktycznie wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Sam apartament jest wygodny, funkcjonalny i ma duży potencjał.

Największym problemem była czystość. Apartament wyglądał tak, jakby po poprzednich gościach wymieniono jedynie pościel i ręczniki oraz pobieżnie przetarto kilka powierzchni. Stół i krzesła były brudne, szuflady i szafki klejące, prysznic i płytki nieumyte. Na kanapie był piasek, a na książkach, telewizorze i dekoderze zalegała gruba warstwa kurzu. Lodówka również była brudna, a w środku znaleźliśmy nawet włosy. Odkurzacz był tak przepełniony, że praktycznie nie dało się go użyć. Nie było przygotowanego prześcieradła do spania na sofie. W szafie znaleźliśmy jedynie pojedyncze prześcieradło (single), które dodatkowo było poplamione, więc nie nadawało się do użycia. Problem był również z organizacją przyjazdu. Nie otrzymaliśmy wcześniej żadnej instrukcji, jak dojechać do apartamentu, jak dostać się do garażu ani gdzie znajduje się klucz. Po przyjeździe musiałem zadzwonić do właścicielki i dopiero wtedy otrzymałem SMS z informacją dotyczącą klucza oraz wskazówkami, jak w ogóle znaleźć budynek. Parking jest dostępny, jednak pilot do bramy garażowej nie działał. Za każdym razem trzeba było najpierw wejść do garażu i otworzyć bramę od środka. W naszym przypadku przez kilka dni nie było to dużym problemem, ponieważ praktycznie nie korzystaliśmy z samochodu, ale przy częstszym wyjeżdżaniu byłoby to bardzo uciążliwe. Sam apartament jest naprawdę dobry, dlatego tym bardziej szkoda, że tak podstawowe kwestie, jak dokładne sprzątanie i jasne instrukcje przed przyjazdem, zostały zaniedbane.
