Hotel was good, beds were super comfy, staff behaviour was cooperative and breakfast was also good but it can be improved though. By the way overall stay was good. I am happy with the stay...
Everything was good but only problem was water. Water supply was on and off in the washroom on the night I was staying that was very hard for me, i travelled long journey and I reached the property so I needed to take a bath and get some rest. But whenever I go, water stops. Then after some time it comes again and this happened 3 times and I felt bad about this. I don't say that everyday it is same because I just stay there for one day but it should be improved. Rest everything was very nice...🙂.. good stay....

Location and friendly reception
WC not flushing properly, not hot water in bathroom, coffee kettle not working (was replaced after complaint), no dining hall, lift cramped, staircase very narrow
