Bugs everywhere!

This place is full of bugs! Please do not book this place. When we were left into the appartement we quickly discovered that there were a lot of bugs on the fridge, in the cupboards and on the floor. We quickly let this know to the caretaker (who was very nice by the way) and he said that they knew about the problem and they already tried to get rid of the bugs by fumigation (without succes). He said that he contacted the owner about the fact that we are experiencing this problem. A couple of days went by and the owner still didn't reach out to us. I sent them a message myself explaining the situation and asking if we could have some of our money back (20%) as I found that paying 40 USD a night for a bug invested place is not reasonable to ask from them, especially since this was a known problem. After this came a lot of text exchanges from the owner, saying that they didn't know about this problem (which is simply not true as the caretaker let me know that they already tried to fumigate the place) and only as a gesture of "goodwill" they offered me 10 percent off. I didn't accept that because they rented the place to us knowing about the bug problem. After this I was repeatedly called a liar and greedy (such irony) for asking for some of my money back. This was one of the worst renting experiences I ever had and shows how greedy some landlords can be. Do your self a favour and stay far away from this place and its owners.

Overall nice apartment

Nice Location and very nice hospitality from Luciano. Pool at the rooftop is a dream. Washing machine available.

Interior, despite of the bath, is quite old fashioned. We got some bugs in the kitchen. Payment is converted to blue market when paying in pesos, for that it is a bit expensive.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Una noche hasta las 2 de la madrugada hubo música muy fuerte. El depto estaba muy sucio. Pelos en el piso, la ducha llena de jabón y hongos. Los acolchados blancos llenos de manchas y tierra.
