It's always a great stay at any of the Lake Placid Inn locations. We've done it several times already. Rooms are clean and ready on time. The hotel is quiet and tidy. The location is very central and very easy to get around town and trails. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was very clean and we had a good amount of space. There is a coffee maker which is great. They supplied a few little filter packets with coffee. We brought our own coffee and bought some filters to have larger pots of coffee than the packet size provided. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the downtown area and were directly across from the Olympic museum.
The bathroom set-up was a bit weird. I am a medium sized woman and the way the shower door opened (very close to the toilet) it was tight getting into the shower. Not sure how the rest of the apartments are set up. It was a one bedroom and if you are a larger person I think it would be difficult to get into the shower.

Location and price at time of booking
There were no dark curtains so no matter what time of the night it was it was super bright white inside of the bedroom and of the living room area also there was no ice trays in there. More importantly you can see spots all over the floor with people walked with their shoes or sneakers on that wasn't properly cleaned including the bathroom which was kind of disgusting on the floor.
