Good location- close to the Royal National Park where we were hiking. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Pub food was good and staff very friendly.
They need to change the windows into the rooms above the doors - they let in so much light when the sensor light comes on in the corridor it was constantly waking me up everytime anyone walked down the corridor. It's an easy fix and would have improved the experience and my sleep time dramatically.

strategic location with shops conveniently available within walking distance
-No air condition in the room which cause the stay uncomfortable during intense heat (ceiling fan didn't help much in such intense heat)
-loud noise from restaurant downstairs till late at night
-spider, cockcroach & beetle were seen on the bed in the room
