Located in Estero Island, this attractive condo for $237 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Town of Fort Myers Beach STR Registration Number 22-0527 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR WINTER 2023 Enjoy our Penthouse Condo just across from the widest beaches on Fort Myers Beach. Plenty of room to relax with 2 bedrooms, (New King Size in Master & New Twin Beds in Guest), 2 bathrooms and views of the back bay and the Gulf of Mexico in one of our two screened lanais. One to watch the sun come up over the bay and the other to watch the beautiful sunsets over the gulf. The Den has a sofa with an additional TV if you need some alone time. The living area is open with high ceilings and an eat-in dining area. ALL NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE ! The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counters, tile back splash, stainless appliances, stainless large sink and a pantry. The guest bedroom opens up to the back lanai. Enjoyment, within walking distance to shops and dining and yet only a short trolley ride to Times Square. THIS CONDO IS THE IS REALLY CHARMING !!!

WE enjoyed the property very much. The owner was very helpful and the apartment had everything we need. We actually packed items we didn't need to because the apartment was so well planned. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean, well maintained and had good quality furniture, towels and linens. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the best one we have rented. It is immaculately cleaned-I especially noticed no dark grout lines or dusty baseboards which other units usually have. The owner lives locally so it’s clear he has time and cares enough to make sure everything is well maintained, clean and well stocked and in working order. We appreciated the extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. Most rental units give you a pack of about 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher loads so we always end up needing to purchase more.
We thought the location was nice. About a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach, about 2 minutes to the pool. There is a CVS and a shopping mall within walking distance with great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Francesco’s pizza and Skye’s. We went across the street to Pinchers.
The two balconies were wonderful and made it bright and big and fun to see either the bay or the gulf (gulf is in between a couple buildings but still a good view).
The pool was very nice, it had some floaties and noodles and a little pool house with nice clean bathrooms so we never had to go back up to the condo. It is shared by about 6 buildings but we had it all to ourselves every time we used it! It was like a private pool!!
We also really appreciated all of the beach accessories including umbrella, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart/wagon, boogie boards, toys and cooler! Many units do not have these items and we end up renting. There were also nice beach towels which we did not end up using because we brought our own. We could have saved much room in our suitcase because we always pack our beach towels not knowing what to expect.
Overall this unit was very clean, well maintained and cared for, had quality furniture and was a great choice! I would recommend it to anyone.

Well rounded Great views Condo
Nicely optioned property just across street from beach situated overlooking mangrove on back lanai side of condo. Nicely appointed with new living room furniture. Kitchen nicely updated with all amenities. Great views of Gulf beach area from front lanai. We like the outdoors, so really enjoyed the two bikes for guest use. And lots walking on the beached and in residential neighborhoods. So convenient to Santini plaza with its restaurants, shops, and flea market. Owner has a small bound manual with many useful instructions, some basic rules for considerate tenant conduct, and some local brochures for those new to the area. Top fifths floor condo in small building; so provide excellent views. Wonderful enjoyable experience with superb setup by the owner.

We had never been to Ft. Myers Beach, and often try new areas to see what we like and maybe go back. This area wasn't our ideal spot (which to be clear, has NOTHING to do with the Condo!) The beach is across street and was great, we thoroughly enjoyed many warm water swims and sunshine - so no complaints there either. We just didn't fine the types of restaurants we like & found the area a bit slow or other parts to be too touristy.
We spent more time driving 20-30 min either way to both Naples & Sanibel Island for our fun outings. But that was our family and just sharing this for anyone who has NEVER been to Ft. Myers Beach to perhaps ask friends or research it some.
But if you know the area and like or love it (and there a TON of Condos so many people clearly like it there a lot) I would 100% recommend this place as we were extremely comfortable and pleased with it for an entire week! This VRBO listing itself is a real gem and the owner was terrific, flexible and helpful! It got highest marks! Thank you.

This condo was perfect for our 2-week stay. Lovely views, two lanais that brought up and set the sun. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but manageable.

Everything was exactly as expected. The place was immaculate and we felt like we had been there before just from seeing the online images and then seeing in person. Dave was friendly and helpful answering any question promptly. I would definately book this condo again.

You will NOT be disappointed!
Super host designation is a well-deserved title for Dave. He is very professional, accommodating, flexible and friendly. During our stay, he was involved as little or as much as we needed.
The description of the condo is very accurate, but the pictures only give a glimpse into what’s in store upon entering. It’s obvious that Dave takes pride in his rental from the furniture and decorations to the appliances. It was well stocked with the usual condo items like dishes and a coffee maker, but also had so much more. Just imagine being at home with almost anything available at your disposal (from food processors and food storage containers to first aid kits and a heating pad). Every time we opened a cabinet or closet, it was like finding new treasures.
The entire complex is extremely quiet and well-maintained. The pool is just a minute drive or a few minutes walking from the building. The pool is clean and family friendly. There are toys and floaties available in a shed for the kids and adults too, if you ask me. There is a bathroom and even a clock on the wall, so you will know when it is time to go!
When you rent this condo, you can surely expect to have a relaxing and enjoyable time like our family did. We will absolutely recommend Dave, if anyone mentions they want to head to Fort Myers Beach.

This condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great! It is directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The views are amazing! We look forward to staying in this condo again.

Great location, wonderful views, well equipped and beautiful pool!
Walking distance to beach, tiki bars, restaurants, shopping, farmers market and CVS. Parked our car and only used once or twice a week! Top floor (5th) with two sets of sliding doors to 2 screened lanai ...one west for beautiful sunset views over beach and one out east for sunrise over back water. Creates great cross breeze in unit. Hardly needed AC during month of Feb. Fully equipped updated kitchen with all the neccesary dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Laundry room right off kitchen with front load washer & dryer. Downstair storage unit has beach chairs, umbrella, cart, etc and includes a covered parking space and with 2 bikes, including bike lock. Tons of storage in unit, both bed rooms have walk in closets, the third bedroom/den has full wall closet. Both bathrooms have linen closets and storage below sinks. Beach & bath towels and plenty of linens included.
Flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms and main room. Could use a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and the second bathroom could use a fresh paint job, but the entire unit was very clean and comfortable, including comfortable seating on both lanai. Beautiful pool area a short walk from unit.
Definitely would return to this unit!

Views galore, super comfortable and updated
Fantastic views, secure building, everything's updated, keyless entry, Dave had everything stocked so well - he anticipates everything a guest might need. The screen porch just off the kitchen is a great morning coffee spot. Very communicative and easy to deal with. Easy access to the beach just across the street, and the Wyndham Hotel has good bands for fun, close nightlife. We'd definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful Views - Great Location
Condo is spacious and super clean! We enjoyed the quieter south end of the island which is still closer enough to bike to the hustle and bustle of Times Square. We've spent the last four Christmases in Fort Myers Beach and this condo was our favorite rental. You can't beat the views of the Gulf from the front lanai and the Bay from the back. Dave was pleasant and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Condo is true to appearance on Home Away.

We recently rented this 3-bedroom 'Amazing Penthouse Condo' for 7 days 6 nights to attend a wedding celebration. The condo is immaculate and offered every thing we needed. 2 balconies with two beautiful views where we sat each morning to watch the sunrise. It offers a view of the bay from the living room and a view of the beach from the kitchen. The owner (an extremely nice guy) who live close by was there to welcome us on our first day and was very accommodating throughout our stay. The beds were absolutely comfortable and the atmosphere felt just like being home. I greatly appreciate the cleanliness being a neat freak. We would without a doubt rent this condo again.
