Absolutely the best accomodation we had ever booked in Croatia. The flat is huge, all 3 rooms were more than enough (3 person family, only used 1 room for living and an other when the others were asleep). Super clean, all things as new there, well equipped kitchen, gas and electric oven, microwave oven, lots of towels, high speed WiFi with perfect coverage even in the garden. The garden is beautiful, lavender and rosemary and veggies. The host was kind and welcoming and gave many presents and stuff. It was like a superb hotel.
The center of Nin was like 7 mins walk, the Queen's beach is about 15 mins on foot, or 5 mins by car.
Supermarket is in 5 mins walk, petrol station is 2 mins by car.
Recommended to visit beach Bilotinjak, it's gorgeous.
None at all, really. I hope we can go back the next time visiting Croatia.

Extraordinary place with plenty of room and privacy even for a bigger family. 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 toilets for a price of a much smaller apartment anywhere else. The owner was really friendly and cared a lot about our satisfaction. Parking directly in front of the house in the garden.
Own car is a must when travelling with a family - place pretty far from main beaches. This is not a complaint, you just have to count with that.
Kitchen is really big, but unfortunately there is no dishwasher - again, no complaint, but a tip for a future development :).
