Schlichte, gut ausgestattetes Apartments, zwar nicht direkt in der Innenstadt von Varese, jedoch mit guter Busanbindung.
Die Apartments werden auf Booking explizit als „Apartment mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern“ angeboten. Dies ist jedoch nicht korrekt. Die Betten befinden sich alle im selben Raum und sind lediglich einen Raumteiler voneinander getrennt, es befindet sich jedoch keine Tür zwischen den Zimmern (siehe Foto). De facto handelt es sich also um Apartments mit einem Schlafzimmer, in dem sich zwei Betten befinden.
Zudem empfanden wir den Check-in und Check-out-Prozess als sehr bürokratisch. Uns wurde eine Inventarliste ausgehändigt und wir sollten überprüfen, ob das Inventar vollständig ist. Beim Check-out wurde das Apartment von einer Mitarbeiterin zunächst auf Schäden und fehlendes Inventar überprüft, bevor wir gehen durften.

Molto pulita e tenuta benissimo
La caparra da pagare ( nel mio caso più alta del presso del soggiorno stesso ) ; non mi era stato detto che la mattina del check out sarebbe venuto il proprietario a controllare lo stato dell’alloggio, mi sono ritrovata quindi a rispondere al citofono mentre facevo colazione senza alcun preavviso

Apartamento amplio con menaje de cocina en buenas condiciones.
Tuvimos que dejar una fianza de 250€ y esperar a que revisaran el apartamento antes de nuestra salida para que nos devolvieran la fianza.
No hay máquina lavavajillas y falta un estropajo.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, onsite parking was great, secure and well lit. No noise at all from the surroundings or other guests.
You have to pick up the keys off site, the parking lot there was very tight and easily congested. Would have been better if we were able to pick up the keys in the residence itself.
