Good

I love the quietness..very spacious..

Have not received my 400.00 deposit back..they said I left a stain on rag..a towel they said was missing..that really hurt.because I do not steal.

Pleasant

It was nice space

Pool was dirty air conditioning was out was contacting property manager and was being lied to got to a point were they was not picking up because I was out of air conditioner and because they did not clean a pool but had all theses notes charging for everything

I’ve would not recommend and disappointed

decent location.

I didnt like the fact the hold on a credit card was more than rate and also only two TV’s , the walls need paint touch up and/or a good scrubbing, beds uncomfortable and bunk bed you can tell needs to be replaced , only one burner on the stove worked, the pool needed cleaning and a chlorine shock because it was slightly green, the oven was dirty and can tell they put foil down so they wouldn’t have to deep clean it. Carpet was dirty. The tile has areas where there is cracks. So I’m not understanding was 750 needed to help for incidentals.

TERRIBLE

WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO STAY THERE. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY THROUGH HERE ON BOOKING .COM AFTER THAT MONEY,(500 SOMETHING) THEY TOLD US THERE WERE TO BE ANOTHER $750 FOR DAMAGE DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY RELEASED ANY ACCESS CODES TO PROPERTY OR ANYTHING. STILL WAITING ON OUR $500 SOMETHING DOLLARS OF A REFUND. AGAIN WE NEVER EVEN GOT TO STAY THERE. JUST SCAMMED US. NOWHERE IN THE LISTING DOES IT SAY AN EXTRA $750 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING TO BE PAID IN ORDER TO STAY. AND QUITE HONESTLY AFTER SEEING ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. WHO THE HECK WOULD PAY THAT? I'LL STILL TO AIR BNB APP FROM NOW ON.

i did not like anything. the ceiling was leaking there were dirty lenin; cracked kitch table. broken bunk bed. wifi wasnt working

Great

The house was clean the bed was made nice and very organized I can’t complain. The community was safe and secure. The gate girl was amazing she deserve a raise👌🏻👌🏻🙏🏻.

The toilet papers and the paper towels to cheap 🤣🤣🤣 they could of provide a list 2 paper towels this is the 1 vacation home that I went that only provide one so i was surprised. Other wise everything was great 👍🏻

Would have been nice if it were clean.

location and security were great

It was filthy. The sheets were dirty and had pubic hair all over them. One comforter had blood on it. The carpet has never been cleaned, and the dust buildup around the edges of the carpet was disgusting. Even the walls were dirty. My kids were afraid to go in the pool judging by the condition of the house. How can you rent out a home and not clean the bedding??

Home away got home !

Equipped kitchen. Convenient location. Secured community. Personal pool. Close parking. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer in the house. Alarm system. Nice and clean bathrooms. 4 bed and 3 full bathrooms. Great accommodations for myself and family!

That we travel when it is not raining season And to make sure to pay the extra to get the heated pool

3 king sized beds, location, downstairs bedroom

ants, water bug & caterpillar inside of unit, paid for pool heater but water was cold ( I was ripped off), no TV in downstairs bedroom, parking horrible

Very good

The house was definitely affordable and was a nice location.

There were only 2 TV's. One on the living room and Master bed. I really wish there was one in each room. I wasn't fond of the check-in process. It took hr and a half to get code to our home because of the area my cell service was not very strong so the loading of pictures of credit card and ID was just very inconvenient. Would have been nice if this process could be done prior to arriving or if there were an on-site person.

Very good

The private pool was very nice and the community was very quiet.

Without a keycard for the gate, it was difficult to get back into the community since the gate is not manned 24 hours. There also were no extra rolls or toilet paper and we only started with 1/2 a roll.

Disappointing

The security getting into the complex was terrible and very cumbersome. The response from Wonder Vacations during our stay was very delayed. I had to contact the company approximately 10 times for 1 month following the stay to get my damage deposit returned. The items in the house were sufficient, but very cheap.

The stay would have been more pleasant if we were able to have the pool cleaned prior to checking in. When we arrive about 3:45 the cleaning crew was still there. Which was fine we went to the walmart which was 2 seconds away to go shopping. We arrived back at the house about 4:30 and the cleaning crew was still there. It would've also been nice if there was wash cloths. Other than those issues the house was fine.
