The spacious apartment, the lovely person who greeted us and answered all of our questions. She even sent text messages with links we could easily follow. Also, there was coffee, tea and basic cooking supplies like vinegar and oil. Finally, they provide a free laundry service that was toP notch. Close to sites, bus and Metro.

Nice amenities, and the hosts were amazing. I will definitely come back.
Hot water stopped working for a while. However, they solved the issue very quickly and also apologised for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that, thank you!

Clean and good location. Very responsive staff.
Hardly any place to store clothes. So had to live out of our suitcases. Very basic supplies in the kitchen. Had to use a short run of stairs to get to the level of the very small elevator. From the level of the elevator upward are marble, partially spiral staircases that were pretty challenging to use for us.
