Nestled in Tacoma, this charming house for $425 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Large split level home that houses 10 people with full amenities, including a hot tub. House has 2 kitchens with utensils and appliances; great for family reunions! The house has scenic views of Puget Sound & the Olympic Mountain Range. Located away from the hustle and bustle, but easy access to the freeway with a short drive to downtown Tacoma! 10 mins drive to Chambers Bay Golf Course, 20 mins drive to JBLM, and 30 mins drive to SeaTac International Airport. Smart lock for easy check in and Xfinity Home Security Alarm for your protection and peace of mind. House in the West End of Tacoma that has: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 1 gym area with a treadmill, XBOX 360, and a hot tub (make sure to bring your swim wear). Netflix available on the living room tv. Bed Arrangements: FIRST FLOOR (upper level): 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: Room #1: One Queen bed (sleeps 2) Room #2: One King bed (sleeps 2) SECOND FLOOR (lower level): 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths: Room #3: One Twin bed (sleeps 1) and One Full bed (sleeps 2) Room #4: One Queen bed (sleeps 2) Sofa bed: Sleeps 2 PARKING: Six cars can fit on the house's driveway and there is additional room for parking on the street. Children welcome! Please ask if you would like to use a pack n play and/or high chair during your stay.

For a home that is supposed to accomodate 10 e felt it was underfurnished. Only 5 chairs at the dining table. 5 places to sit in the living room. Downstairs shower didn't work. Closet door handle in master bedroom was falling off. Dishwasher is hard to start. King bed is a shin banger,low to the ground and difficult to get out of. Will not stay again.

Overall, we had a good stay. Good location, Place was clean, Some of the beds were not comfortable. Missing measuring cups for baking. Not needed but second kitchen not equipped. Dining table chairs not a good match for table.

Lovely place to stay if you want to visit and tour the Seattle/Tacoma area. Central location, lots of places to eat, or get takeout. Great views in morning, sunrise is amazing. Sunset is great too, but sitting on deck in evening can be a little warm.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. Xiao was extremely easy to communicate with. The space was perfect for our family of 6. We will return!

This property more than exceeded our expectations. We chose it first based on how many photos they provided of the interior, and we're happy to say it was one of those rare times seeing it in person was better than what you saw in the photos.
The interior was exactly as described and within the first day we felt at home. The views of the Puget Sound are epic and there is ample space to enjoy a meal out of the patio. While a bit annoying at times, the auto locking front door provided us with a sense of security.
With the majestic views the westward facing house would get quite warm in the evening as the evening sun beat down on it, but a simple trip to the lower level where it was about 15° cooler made it totally fine.
If we ever need a place to stay in Tacoma again, this will be the first place we look for.

This was a lovely property. Very clean and spacious. The view of Puget Sound couldn't have been better. We were given the alarm code before arriving but not told where the alarm box was inside the home. We found it eventually but not before the loud screeching alarm sounded. That information would have been helpful. The ones who slept downstairs said they were pretty cold but had plenty of blankets available. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. It was deep and comfortable. The outside shower did not work. We couldn't find the welcome manual until we searched around a bit. If you don't like a lot of stairs, this place is not for you since it is split level. The kitchen was great and had most of the utensils and pans we needed. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this place very much.

Everything about this rental and our experience was absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect for us too. Highly recommend it to families or group!

The property is clean and spacious and was a overall pleasant stay. Several things to be aware of: if you plan to use the hot tub bring your own towels. For 8 of us we only got 10 towels so several had to use their hot tub towel as their shower towel too. Also, there weren't enough kitchen towels as there were no oven mits. The kitchen chairs seemed loose and there was no Allen wrench to tighten.

Property & location were great. Clean & generally well appointed. A number of things were annoyances- sheets on king beds were, we believe, queen sheets turned sideways; lights in a few places didn't work; couldn't turn on shower at hot tub; could use some more smaller spoons and some steak knives.; a rug inside the front door would be helpful; floor was slightly buckled in a few places which created noise; paper holder in downstairs bath was loose and inconvenient; chairs in dining area were too low for table.

Our family of 8 recently stayed here for a week. We were so impressed with this property! The house was immaculate and just as pictured. Plenty of space to all be together, or to separate for time apart. The set up could not have been better for our party. The views are amazing here! Very quick response time from the host on our couple of questions. I would stay here over and over!

Fantastic Stay
This property was absolutely amazing!! There were 7 of us and we all slept very comfortably at this place. We also had a great time using the hottub, grill and other amenities provided. Neighbors were very sweet as well. We felt very safe and were very happy with everything provided! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in that area and would love to go back!

We enjoyed hiking, the car museum, shopping, the zoo & aquarium and a diverse selection of restaurants all no more than 20 minutes away. This was the perfect spot for my family to have a Christmas getaway and visit with extended family. It had everything that we needed to just relax for Christmas and New Years. The hot tub was nice to use in the snow. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals. The beds are very comfortable. the view was amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better view of the water. the house was remodeled and though not perfect it was perfect for our needs. it was cozy and comfortable (the master bedrooms beds are better than any hotel bed I've ever stayed in). We had a wonderful time in the hot tub and the little ones running around the big back yard. It had a second kitchen downstairs that though we didn't use, would be perfect large groups. If I ever go back to that area I will gladly stay here again.

We stayed at this property because it was near my in-laws house and we haven’t seen them in almost 2 years. The home with sparkling clean with wonderful sheets and towels. The kitchen is very open and well equipped. I cooked several dinners for my in-laws and we could enjoy each other’s company while I’m cooking.
Only my husband and I slept here but we plan to return with our family to spend time with my husband‘s aging parents. We plan to return very soon!

We stayed at this property because it was near my in-laws house and we haven’t seen them in almost 2 years. The home with sparkling clean with wonderful sheets and towels.
