Beautiful view of the lake, park easily accessible from the back yard, owner very responsive to requests throughout the stay. House is very quiet and clean. Great for multiple guests, close to shopping and downtown.

We enjoyed the Titan home so much. We had 3 families and all were comfortable. The pool was an awesome amenity! Close to stores etc Would stay here again!

The check in was delayed by the previous guest but the local contact, Maged, was just awesome.
The house is tired and in need of a lot of small maintenance. The first two nights the smoke alarms kept going off so there was little to no sleep. We had them all taken out and that solved the issue.
The master shower control is severely messed up. Scalding or Luke warm are your choices. The faucet in the kitchen is very loose in it’s mount. One of our gust sat in a chair and it split in half.
Again the house needs general maintenance.
Trying to deal with Evolve before and during the visit was incredibly frustrating. They were slow to respond and difficult to reach when needed. We will not rent a property they manage again due to this difficulty.
All that being said the pool was great and the location perfect for our needs

Amazing experience
I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for big family. The bathroom, shower and pool were excellent. You could tell that the owner made sure that the apartment is very clean. Furthermore, he is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place is almost on the lake.

Spacious Place, Pool Oh Yeah!
House was great. It looks older from the outside, but the inside and backyard are great. House is well kept and is well equipped. A true 4 bedroom with beds in all rooms and an additional sofa-bed in the master. The pool was our favorite part of the house and we spent most of our time there. It is not heated, but it was plenty of a nice way to cool off. The deck on top of the house was a nice place to watch sunsets and have drinks in the evenings. Maged, from the management property, was quick to reply to text and easy to communicate with. Overall, my family and I had a great time staying at this property.

Great home. But disappointed. We needed a 4 bedroom with 4 beds as we thought that’s how it was advertised. My stay
We enjoyed our time here in havasu. We come about 3 times a year. We even stayed an extra day. I had a few small issues with the house however. My family didn’t want me to say anything but I have to. So again just small issues nothing major but maybe can be fixed before someone else’s stay.
There is no foil, I bought some and left it.
There was no measuring cup.
There was a can opener however it was broken so I had to use a knife.
There was not to many seasonings, I bought seasoning salt and left it.
There was no oil, I bought some and left it.
Like I said just small stuff but believe me it’s stuff that people look for when renting a vacation home.

Loved the house
loved the set up of this house and how big it was. When i contacted the property manager about a couple of things he was quick to send someone to the house to look over everything so I would not be charged for damages that were done prior to us being at the house. Loved the master bedroom the bathroom and the closet space. Would def. rent this house again.

We really loved this property. It was everything that was was portrayed to us. It was very clean and roomy. Great, quiet neighborhood. Not far from everything we wanted to see and do. We would love to stay here again! Magid made sure everything was perfect for us!

Thoughtful management
This home is large and open. It is the perfect place for a large family or group to stay. The kitchen is large and perfect for crafting meals for everyone. The management is very engaged and the owner was very kind to us when one of our group ignored the no pet policy and brought their small dog. I was very unhappy with this person and the owner was able to observe the dog from the front security camera. They informed us of the violation but offered us a way to not forfeit our reservation which was very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Havasu area.

Layout Important
The experience at the location wasn't the best. The cleanliness of the home was terrible. In addition, many of the items were broken. The host did offer to fix them immediately, but we had our own personal belongings on site. The host also allowed for us to arrive before our check in time, which was great. I think the home overall just needs repairs fix, spray for bugs within the home (bed crickets) and cleanliness of home. Great view of the lake and layout is solid for guests.

The home was beautiful and had everything we needed, the kiddos enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the rooftop deck! Maged our point of contact was helpful and extremely courtesy! It was close to stores, restaurants and the lake. You won't be disappointed with this house!

the property was great close to anything you wanted to do.
although the weather did not cooperate with use to use the pool we did get some fun in the sun around the pool and on the roof. and there is always something going on down by the bridge, good food and water trips and rentals. we did several day trips to see the donkeys and to the desert bar and beer belles day care. there was something to do all month long.

Great Place and The Host Magic(Maged) is the best
We were here during December Holidays to explore the Lake Havasu and were very happy with the cleanliness and the amenities inside this beautiful home. It was in a very convenient distance to all grocery stores, lake attractions etc.
I would like to give 5 stars to the host Magic(Maged) for his very prompt service and hospitality. We got a welcome call from him on the day of check-in and follow-up call on the same night to see if everything is ok at the home. We had issues with Cable TV and also there was a leak in the kitchen sync and he promptly had them fixed quickly(its tough to get people work during holidays :)). We even got some credit for the inconvenience we had due to the leak and an early check out.
We will highly recommend the evolve N/W for vacation rentals as they are very honest/prompt in helping the travelers.
