Our stay at this hotel was wonderful; it features an elegant, classic design, and we were even upgraded to a magnificent suite—a generous gesture by the reception staff. The suite was excellent in every respect: cleanliness, amenities, style, and spaciousness. Thank you.

Modern hotel with excellent facilities, including an attractive garden with areas for eating. The room was spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly, particularly in the restaurant and the food was superb. The lacation was easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and close to shops.

The staff were excellent and as it was our wedding anniversary they gave us a free upgrade to the presidential suite.
Staff also found us a taxi after the Yandex Go driver we had organized failed to turn up.
Breakfast was lovely.

Overpriced. Stayed in much more friendly and comfortable places at much lower prices in Uzbekistan. Room was very large but empty and characterless. Service variable - a couple of the waiters were very good. Front of house not particularly helpful or welcoming
