La ubicación y la habitación

Tuve que llamar para que enviaran el código para entrar después de haber hablado con ellos antes dos horas antes de la entrada en el hotel.

Quiero pero no puedo

El jacuzzi, la cama balinesa

No poder usar el jacuzzi y la cama balinesa (ni la mesa y sillas) porque ¡Sorpresa! La mejor suite del hotel no tiene un toldo que le provea no sólo de soporte frente a los elementos (lluvia o viento) si no de los apartamentos de arriba y sus inquilinos.

Una estancia para repetir por las comodidades de lujo y el trato del personal

Estuvimos en la suite 02 de terraza con jacuzzi, expectacular. Lo que mas valoro es que al llegar tuvimos un problema con un exceso de ruido de una ventilación en la zona de la terraza e hicieron todo lo posible para solucionarnos el problema . El chico del mantenimiento un encanto , en contacto conmigo hasta que buscó solución al problema. Un 10

La estancia y la decoración es preciosa pero se ve que necesita un mantenimiento de pintura en paredes y zona de plato de ducha para que sea excepcional, pero eso tiene fácil solución.

Espectacular!!!

Todo. Cogimos la Suite Luxury y fue maravillosa. Desde lo que es la suite hasta la terraza, el jacuzzi, al jardín...

Interesante pero con cosillas a mejorar

La localización, la limpieza y la decoración. También la tranquilidad y la discreción.

Pues, no había ni champú, ni cepillos ni pasta de dientes de cortesía. Se echó de menos más toallas e incluso albornoz y algunos grifos no presentaban un correcto estado de mantenimiento....más dosis en la cafetera de cápsulas hubiese sido un buen detalle, pues solo había una dosis. 😬

Noche de lujo.

La habitación es preciosa y muy acogedora, parecía la habitación de una casa rural lujosa, con las paredes de piedra, el techo abuhardillado y los suelos de madera. La cocina venia bien equipada con nevera, sartenes, microondas... Y la bañera espectacular, y gigante. Estancia de 10.

Entro una limpiadora antes de la hora de salida, tenía pa las 12 y ella entró sin picar a las 11, una falta de respeto por su parte

Ubicación Excelente, Experiencia Mixta con Oportunidades de Mejora

Recientemente nos hospedamos en la Suite 1907, y queremos compartir nuestra experiencia mixta, destacando tanto los aspectos positivos como los negativos. Ubicación: El hotel está excepcionalmente bien ubicado, facilitando el acceso a varios puntos de interés de la ciudad. Respuesta a Quejas: Apreciamos la rápida respuesta del personal al cambiar nuestra habitación inmediatamente después de presentar una queja por el olor a tabaco. Espaciosidad de la Habitación: La habitación asignada era muy espaciosa, ofreciendo una sensación de amplitud y confort.

Política de Check-In: Nos sorprendió desfavorablemente que se nos cobrara un extra por hacer el check-in temprano. Una política más flexible o, al menos, una comunicación clara sobre esta tarifa habría sido preferible. Condiciones de la Habitación: A nuestra llegada, la primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía un fuerte olor a tabaco, lo que hacía casi imposible permanecer allí. Aunque nos cambiaron rápidamente, esta situación inicial fue desagradable. Comodidad de la Habitación: Aunque la habitación era amplia, el colchón no era muy cómodo y las almohadas eran más bien cojines, lo que restó calidad a nuestro descanso. Además, una cama de mayor tamaño habría sido más apropiada para el tamaño de la habitación. En conclusión, mientras que la ubicación del Suite 1907 es inmejorable, nuestra estancia estuvo marcada por varios inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra experiencia general. Valoramos la pronta respuesta del personal ante nuestras quejas, pero creemos que hay áreas importantes que requieren atención y mejora para asegurar una estancia confortable y placentera para todos los huéspedes.

La habitación es gigante y muy bonita y limpia

Que no haya staff, aunque no necesité nada. La puerta del armario es corredera va sin freno y me pillo los dedos fuertemente.

Comodidad en el centro de Avilés.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, muy céntrico y en una zona peatonal medieval. También me gustó mucho la limpieza y el juego de electrodomésticos: todo lo necesario para poder cocinar durante unos días.

No me gustó que en el alojamiento no disponen de ropa de cama extra y, por la noche, al bajarle a la calefacción, hacía frío y no había mantas. Supongo que puede ser un aspecto a mejorar.

La ubicación, amplias estancias y tranquilidad. Parking yo le dejé aquí:C. Valdés Salas, 33402 Avilés, Asturias a 10 min andando del alojamiento ese es gratuito.

En mi suite eché en falta en la terraza toldo o sombrilla por lo demás genial

Servicio y trato por teléfono excelente, a pesar de hacer un late check in, todo bien explicado. En una ubicación excelente desde mi punto de vista, entre dos calle bastantes concurridas y de atractivo turístico y prácticamente cerca de todo aquello que se puede ver en Avilés

Muy bonito pero mejorable

Habitación muy bonita, muy bien decorada con bañera.

Ausencia de personal físico. El check in te lo haces tú. Las toallas no las puedes secar o tender, las habitaciones las hacen cada 3 días. No hay ascensor

If you want a hot tub it's ok, but wouldn't recommend

The location was great. The hot tub was good and the main reason we booked this place.

Check-in- horrible. Had to wait almost an hour because it is a self-check-in system that wouldn't take our payment. The staff was there but apparently can't take payments. Spent all that time on the phone waiting for them to fix it. Entered the room, and smells lightly of cigarettes. I asked the person working there to verify it since this property requires a deposit with large penalties. I then called them to let them know so I wouldn't be charged. The sofa bed's arms just fell over and were broken. The outside had not been swept. An odd thing about the property is the cameras outside so there isn't really any privacy. On top of that, people on the top can see directly into your space with the hot tub. As you will see it has had thousands of reviews and looks like it. The owner of the property (which is not local) should focus on their current properties and not expanding next door.

An impersonal stay

Bed was large and comfortable, room was clean and had lots of natural light and Netflix was available on the TV. It was a novelty having a bathtub in the room, although I didn't use it.

Communication lacked warmth and friendliness, and being suddenly charged a deposit came as a shock. After reading other reviews I was nervous using anything in the room in case my deposit wasn't returned, so it was difficult to feel at ease during my stay. Kitchen items supplied are minimal (and a bit random).

Wonderful suite. Instructions for check-in are very long and complicated but it was easier to do than to read!

There isn't reception in presence. We had the room n. 13 ... that did not exist ... so, after some minutes at the first floor without find the 13, fortunately we found a lady cleaning a room at the second floor that told us it was the n. 12. Superstition? Why not write it in the informations?

beautiful room and right in the heart of the town, so many bars and restaurants right on your doorstep

room had loads and loads of ants in, no air conditioning and no one came to clean or replace towels whilst we were there

The location because it's right by the Parque de la Marquesa and the bed because it was really comfy.

No people to chat to at the front desk. The tacky leopard prints and furry drawer fronts.

Exceptional

Amazing and accommodating staff. The woman who was onsite was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay fun and our room comfortable. She helped us with directions, suggestions, we left our bags early. The room had a great location and a pretty view.

The room could use a bit of a touch up paint wise but was very nice and clean otherwise.
