3 Bedroom/2 Bath Victorian Style Cottage in Uptown Memphis. Built in 2006 and Remodeled in 2019. Sleeps up to 6 Guests with possible options for more. Fully furnished Kitchen. Wraparound Porch. Coded entry. Off street parking for two cars. Nicely landscaped yard. Celing Fans and Televisions equipped with Roku (Netflix and Hulu included) in Living Room and each bedroom. BLAST Xfinity Wi-Fi. Plenty of Linens, Towels, and Extra Pillows. Location: Uptown Memphis Neighborhood. Blocks from the St. Jude Campus. 1 mile to LeBonheur, the VA, or UT Medical. Less than a Mile to Mud Island, Bass Pro Pyramid, Cook Convention Center and the Pinch District. About 2 miles to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Peabody Hotel, South Main Arts District, National Civil Rights Museum, Blues Foundation, Center For Southern Folklore, Belz Museum, Rock and Soul Museum, Gibson Guitar Factory, Gus's Fried Chicken, Rendezvous BBQ, and countless other sights, attractions and fantastic food and drink in the downtown area. Just over a mile to the Crosstown Concourse and the Crosstown Arts District, Historic Evergreen, Rhodes College. Around 4 miles to the nightlife and Shopping at Overton Square and Cooper Young. Within walking distance of Bird Scooters and Rentable Bikes and Riverside Activities. Uber gets you anywhere in midtown or downtown from here for $6.90 plus tip unless there are "surge" fares. Always recommend driving or using a car service after dark.

Overall had a good visit at this home. Although the neighborhood is older we had no problems whatsoever. All the downtown places are a short drive away. Only problem we had was with the heat but the host did everything in his power to correct it. He was available, kind & helpful

Stayed here last year loved it …. This year was a little different- house needs to be deep cleaned for all the dust - air grills - vents - ceiling fans - doors - baseboards - bed linens are stained and needs to be replaced - Cy did have his house cleaner come by immediately to change the bed linens - but he didn’t seem to concerned about the dust that was caked on all the fans/doors and hvac grills & bath exhaust fans - for the price you pay - you would think it would be cleaner / other than all the dust the house was nicely decorated and kitchen fully stocked with all our needs
If you can overlook all the dust - it’s a nice place to stay - convenient location to downtown Memphis

Short story my wife need to make some hem repairs to clothing. We search and found a need sewing kit. She overwhelm with greatness.

The home and trip was great! The only problem we had was the GPS told us to turn left onto the street, when we actually had to turn right.
Loved it will use again if we go back to Memphis.

We came to Memphis to visit Graceland and this house was close. We stayed two nights and had a good time.

Home was exactly what we wanted. There is a busy road nearby but it was quiet from 11pm to 5 am each night we were there. Not a big deal for us as we were up early each day. Felt safe during our stay which is always important while traveling. Cy was always quick to respond to questions not even related to the home, but questions like where is the nearest grocery store. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nicely decorated and well stocked with necessary items. We had a fun time and I recommend it for adults. There is a busy road near by but didn’t bother us. It was easy to get downtown and to midtown and super close to St. Jude’s hospital.

Excellent communication with host, easy to understand check in keypad. Very nice interior, cute little house. Sits on a busier street but backs onto a nice, quiet little neighborhood. Sat outside in the rain and watched the cars go by from the delightful porch. Was a little unnerved at first glance of the neighborhood, wondering where we were driving to. Once we got our bearings it was a great location, and a super nice visit. House was close enough to "town" to be convenient to Sun Records, Beale St & river boats but far enough away to be a relief from all the crowds. Some traffic sounds inside but that didn't hinder us from sleeping comfortably & soundly each night.

we had difficulties finding the house, but re-reading owners´ instructions, we easily found it. The bed in the middle room was short. Otherwise we really liked the house and the facilities.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Memphis. It was very clean and we had great instructions and labels from our host regarding where to find extra towels, the recycling bin, etc. It’s only 3 miles to downtown. We’d definitely stay here again.

Cy was wonderful in getting back with us in regards to some minor issues. The home was beautifully decorated and was just perfect for our girls weekend at St Judes Marathon. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need - although we ate out for most meals. It is very close to D/T Beale Street and a short Uber ride as well if you don't want to drive or walk. - Definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has nice decorating flourishes and our kids enjoyed that it had a beautiful Christmas tree all lit up when we came in. It is very clean, the house is well laid out and it has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved Cy's home and the blues music playing on our arrival was fantastic. The check in process was seamless and alarm security brought us comfort (we never felt unsafe). It had everything we needed to enjoy quality time together: comfy beds and pillows, streaming options galore, easy Uber pick ups and drop offs for our daily adventures.
