It is a log cabin on the edge of the forest in a quiet residential area in Bad Wildungen. The distance to the center of Bad Wildungen is approx. 4 km. It is about 20 km to the Edersee.

Wie schon gesagt fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. genügend Toilettenpapier, Gläser und etwas mehr Besteck.

Das Blockhaus ist wirklich hübsch, sehr stilecht und urig.
Der Reiningungszustand war auch völlig in Ordnung.
Auch der Selbst-CheckIn ist gerade aktuell eine gute Idee. Allerdings wäre eine kurze Einweisung in den Kaminofen und die Sauna durchaus sinnvoll gewesen.
Da das Blockhaus vor Ankunft nicht geheizt und daher völlig ausgekühlt war (bei Ankunft innen 7 Grad) und der Kamin als einziges Heizsystem nicht ausreichte, um die Hütte über den Abend warm zu kriegen, hatten wir eine kalte Nacht (morgens 12 Grad). Die dünnen Sommerbettdecken, waren hierfür nicht ausgelegt.
Als die Hütte am nächsten Tag einmal warm war, war es dann aber gemütlich.
