About this condo rental
Nestled in Los Alcázares, this lovely condo for $76 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Lou's Place is a ground floor bungalow which is situated on a secure complex with gated access. (PLEASE NOTE that there is a 60€ fee payable on arrival for the clean - this has been taken into account overall, resulting in the daily price being reduced, this is to allow rental for a minimum of 2 night) It has a spacious living area with air-con/heating. It is furnished & equipped to a high standard including LCD TV & DVD player along with a selection of DVDs. There is satellite TV with channels including kids, news, BBC, ITV, channels 4 & 5. The Kitchen, which is separate, is fully equipped & leads onto a rear patio area. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom along with wardrobes & drawers, both rooms benefit from air-con/heating & the main bedroom is fitted with a safe. A highchair and travel cot are both available at no extra charge. To the front of the property is a large patio area with table & seating for 6. The complex benefits from a 20m pool with separate children’s pool. The bungalow is situated in a quiet area but is less than 5 minutes' walk to the shops & restaurants. The beach is a 10-min stroll & the nearest golf course is 2 km. Wi-Fi is available for a small charge of €10 per stay payable locally. Heat/air con is on a meter but is still provided free of charge up to the value of €20 per week. We feel that €20 per week should be more than sufficient but more credit can be purchased if needed. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 60€ FEE FOR CLEANING ON ARRIVAL. Los Alcazares has been awarded four EC blue flags for its beaches. Most of the narrow streets lead directly to the 7 kilometres of sandy shore. The nearest shops & restaurants are in the plaza, which is just a 5-minute walk. Los Alcazares has a wonderful feel about it and with its all-year-round climate, it has something for every season. The town's market days are Tuesday and Saturday when a wide variety of goods are available. Festivals are an all year round occurrence in the area. Los Alcazares festivals are held at Easter, the second week in August & the middle of October. The historic city of Murcia is only a 30 minutes drive, it has many designer stores and is charming with its squares & narrow streets. The city of Cartagena is full of fascinating sights & only 15 minutes drive away. They are both well worth exploring for their shops, architecture & history. The Mar Menor: Few regions are lucky enough to have a salt-water lagoon beside the Mediterranean Sea. Along its 73 kilometres coastline perimeter there are numerous beaches with crystal clear, shallow water (with a maximum depth of 7 metres) making it very safe for children. The Mar Menor lagoon covers an area of 170 km2, making it the biggest salt-water lake in Europe. In the coolest months the temperature of the water is about 12°C while in August it reaches 30°C. The Mar Menor is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth. Many people come to the northern end of the Mar Menor to cover themselves in the black mud from the salinas, which is supposed to be full of all sorts of nutrients. With the many cafes & bars dotted along the beach it's a great way to spend the day & soak up the sun. Flights & Transfers: Costa Calida is now more accessible than ever with numerous low-cost airlines flying into both Corvera & Alicante from all over the UK and Europe. Corvera is just a 30-minute drive and Alicante is 45 minutes. A full airport transfer service can be arranged for you from either Corvera or Alicante please enquire for details.

Great all round
A holiday was desperately needed after a year of exam stress etc. Everything about this holiday went like clockwork because of the great lady that owns the place. Ryanair cancelled our flight at short notice but Louise accommodated our changes so we could still enjoy the break. The property is lovely . Everything is provided you could need even down to a welcome pack of tea/coffee milk etc so you don’t have to go shopping on arrival. That said there is a great supermarket within 5 minute walk. Louise also arranged transfers to and from airport for us which went seamlessly. You are met at the property and shown the ropes and at the end of your stay you simply hand over the keys to the lady that you saw at the start. We ate out every night bar one at the plaza which is a short stroll away. The fabulous beach is a further 5 minutes away on foot. Everywhere is flat and well paved so if you struggle getting around this is good they even have wheelchair areas at beach where the guards help those unable to get into the sea are taken out on a bit of kit. Nice market on a tuesday locally and stalls along the 7 km long prom regularly selling handcrafted stuff. Book it you will love it.

We didn't get to use the pool facilities as we were there in Feb, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lou's Place. The only very small problem is that you don't get the sun on the front terrace, but otherwise it's great.

Fantastic location 10 minutes from airport, Sandra who met us at the airport was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Louise the owner was very prompt with replies and kept in touch prior to our arrival and when we got home. Accommodation was lovely and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Welcome pack was an added touch. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday with all your home comforts. We enjoyed it that much we are looking at returning next year.

Very clean impressive property excellent for children, safe and secure. Very local to shops, supermarket, beach and main strip the plaza with restaurants and lots of evening entertainment and stalls to keep the children entertained and older children to Spend their pocket money euros!! A real home from home
From the warm welcome on being collected by Sandra at the airport till the minute we left we had a great stay. The bungalow is very well equipped and the communication once you book up is fantastic. I travelled as a mum with my two kids and it was made so worry free for me by Louise. The location is ideal for amenities and the beach and the pool is fantastic for kids of all ages so long as you keep an eye on them. Will definitely book again.

Just had a very relaxing holiday with my husband in this lovely apartment/bungalow. Louise and Paul had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Sandra picked us up from the airport and her husband took us back on departure for a reasonable rate, which saved us having to book taxis, There was a welcome pack of everything from milk, bread, butter, wine etc., so we could relax for an hour and have a cup of tea without having to go shopping. The bungalow is very well equipped with everything required fro your comfort and convenience. It is a short walk to all shops and restaurants and a bit further is the lovely beach area. We would certainly recommend this property if you are thinking of a holiday in Los Alcazares.

My second time here and yet another fabulous relaxing stay! Louise has thought of everything, from welcome pack to utensils to washing powder. Apartment immaculate, spacious and well presented in a great location. You don't need a car, when the wonderful Sandra will pick you up from the airport and cannot do enough for you! Very comfortable and with everything you need
This was our third stay at this apartment and it was as good as ever. There is everything you need including wi-fi and air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is extremely well maintained and close to all the amenities. The owner replied to any questions almost immediately and she even arranged for us to be collected from the airport which meant that 20 minutes after we landed we were already in the apartment. Would recommend highly.

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned after a weeks holiday. The apartment was absolutely lovely with everything you need to enjoy your stay. From comfy beds, lovely clean bedding and towels to the use of a shopping trolly and lilos to take to the beach. Great location for everything. My mum and dad are in their 70's and found it fine for them to get around. It was just a lovely apartment ( home from home) The pool area is lovely with plenty of space. We were met by Sandra who explained where everything was and where best to eat out.
The square has lots of restaurants and some food bars. The beach is within easy walking distance and is lovely.
We will definitely be looking at booking for next year. Brilliant holiday.

Our first time away with our 3 kids,( ages 3,4,& 9) a very well equipped apartment with everything for the kids as well as our selfs,lovely pool, sky tv,games and dvds for the kids when they would take a break from the pool,the main plaza is just 10 minutes from the apartment as is the beach and all other amenities,the complex it self is very secure which was very important for us were the kids were concerned,the airport is just 10 minutes from the apartment which is great when you have kids,the apartment was very clean with everything you need for self catering,a really great holiday had by all,i would have no problem in recommending this property.

Extremely well equipped bungalow situated very close to the on site pool so literally a two minute walk with your sunloungers (also provided). Fantastic collection of DVD's for the children. Beds very comfortable. Five minutes walk from the Plaza where all the restaurants are and ten minutes walk to the lovely clean beach. The pick up and drop off service arranged by Louise the owner excellent and well worth 12 Euro charge each way, Welcome pack very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.

We spent 1 week at Los Alcazares and had a fantastic time.
This was our first holiday abroad with our 2 year old son and we would recommend this well equipped apartment to any young family looking for a family friendly resort.
The beach was within easy reach, as were the restaurants and bars. However, we would recommend going into the heart of Los Alcazares if you are looking for a true Spanish eating experience, as the Plaza (which is within 5 mins walk from the apartment) is laden with english style restaurants and bars.
You will not be disappointed by this very well equipped apartment.

The bungalow was really nice, great location.( had beautiful weather as well ! ). The Welcome Pack was an excellent idea, especially the Wine..ha..It meant that you didn't have to run out shoping on your arrival. Los Alcazares is a nice town, not 2 british, lovely beach, plenty of restaurants, etc. Will visit again next year, definitely recommend it.

This was our first time using holiday rentals and it was really the postivie reviews about this prop which helped with the decision. We have 2 boys aged 5 and 3 and the accom was perfect for us. It was well equipped and even had a cool bag for your trip to the beach.
It is a very spanish resort which we loved as there were no tacky Brit bars or loud music. We hired a car and loved Lo Pagan. If hiring a car, hire one as soon as you get off plane or before you go. Friends of ours were unable to hire one in the resort as there were none available.
The owner, Louise, is really organised and everything ran like clockwork.

Great bungalow with all the little extra bits and pieces which make a good holiday great.
Nice to have Sue meet us and show us the ropes,the welcome pack was especially welcome.
Great to have the pedestrian precinct with all the Resturants within walking distance.
The local beaches were so clean and apart from a crowded Spanish Public Holiday there was always lots of space.
Although we had no kids with us I would recommend both the accomodation and the area for families with kids.

Great holiday super bungalow the photos do not lie everything we needed.Being met by Steve was great very helpful and Sue when we got to the bungalow showed us everything still with a smile even when we were two hours late! The place is superb only 10 mins to the beach and what a great beach, some great restaurants and bars only 5 mins away very frindly especially Mamma Mia's.Only one disappointment and that is some of the dates we would have liked next year are already booked! I would definitely recommend this place to others superb thank-you. Jane,Neil,Faith and James West Yorkshire
