PRIOR INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC CRISIS: The entire property and its equipment are carefully disinfected between guests' stays. Check-in does not require human interaction. The property keys are disinfected and made available in a safe with a numeric keypad, the access key being provided to guests by telephone. Although they are not physically present, the property owner and manager are always available to answer all questions and provide all the support necessary for a high quality stay. Quinta do Algarve is situated just 500 meters away from the beautiful Praia da Coelha, in a great location close to Albufeira which is often considered the tourist capital of Portugal. The villa is spacious, with indoor and outdoor dining and leisure areas, five bedrooms with a double bed (one with a private bathroom), living and dining rooms, games room, gym, three complete bathrooms and an outside shower. The villa has air conditioning equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a barbecue outside. It has a private pool and a spacious covered terrace with a dining area, snooker table and a view of the sea. In this house you can enjoy spacious garden areas. The wifi network is very fast. Quinta do Algarve Villa is located in a wonderful place to spend your holidays, while enjoying both the beach (5 minutes, on a pleasant pedestrian path, to reach the sandy beach of Praia da Coelha), or the countryside (beautiful countryside around the house) . On the other hand, the Villa is in a central location in the Algarve, providing a great base and ideal starting point for visiting this beautiful region. Licensed to provide local accommodation services for tourists, Villa Quinta do Algarve is located very close to a charming bay (Baía da Coelha), formed by magnificent cliffs that provide very pleasant walks. In addition to the beach and countryside beauty, many other attractions are available in the vicinity, such as: tennis courts (250 meters away from the house), golf courses and horse riding grounds (5 km away from the house). Noteworthy are the excellent local cuisine (with great restaurants close to the house) and the various cultural programs available in the vicinity. At Albufeira Marina, which is just 3 km away from Quinta do Algarve, there are several water sports available. The lively and picturesque center of Albufeira is just 4 km away. How to find the Villa: Coming from Albufeira, you should pass by the Marina and then catch the road that goes to the beaches of S. Rafael and Castelo. Among these two beaches (after the beach of S.Rafael and before the beach of Castelo) you will find on your left side the direct road to Coelha Beach. Soon after passing a restaurant called 'O Marinheiro' (recommended) you will reach your destiny, "Quinta do Algarve" (green gates on your left side), located just before a quiet plaza (just 100 meters away from a parking lot located at the end of the road to Coelha Beach).

Great Family Stay

Location of the home was great. The games and workout room were an great feature. The upstairs was a separate apartment meaning they were not connected. The decor needs updating. We very much enjoyed the pool.

Exellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné en famille à 12 personnes dans cette demeure du 01 au 15 août 2018 et nous en sommes très satisfaits. Il y atout ce qu'il faut pour profiter agréablement du séjour et les propriétaires sont juste à côté en cas de souci. La villa est située à 5 minutes à pied d'une magnifique plage de sable, et si on s'aventure le long des falaises, la nature vous offre de magnifiques criques où l'on peut se prélasser après quelques minutes de marche (surtout sur la partie gauche). Située à environ 7 kms d'Albufeira, il y a un grand Lidl et un Aldi pour faire le plein de courses. N'ayant pas de moyen de locomotion sur place, nous avons fait appel à la socité Galhé transfert pour nos déplacements (y compris les courses), pour une somme modique. Toute la famille ayant passé un magnifique séjour et profité à fond de la piscine, nous recommandons sans hésiter cet endroit et envisageons même d'y retourner.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos a descansar unos dias, la casa es ideal para ello, zona de piscina y barbacoa buenas. Muy próximo a la playa de cohela. Sin duda volveria.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allen Ausgestattet was man braucht, echt hübsch eingerichtet (hat persönlichen Charme). Der Garten und Pool ist traumhaft, es gibt genug Liege-und Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Garten ist nicht einsichtig man hat absolut seine Ruhe, (Kinder dürfen toben und planschen). Der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg und war nie wirklich überlaufen, das Meer ist auch sauber und fällt flach ab. Die Vermieterin ist absolut nett und sehr bemüht, (bei uns ging das Wlan nicht gleich, (hat telefoniert und sich darum gekümmert). Wir hatten die Wohnung unten wo man gleich in den Garten kann, dürften uns auch die obere ansehen, von der Terrasse/Balkon hat man dann halt Meerblick. Beide Wohnungen sind groß mit ausreichend Platz und jede hat Ihrer Vorteile entweder Meerblick oder Pool zum gleich reinspringen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
