We stayed at Martin's apartment for 6 nights in May. We couldn't fault it as it looks just like the pictures on the site. Everything to you require is provided. The outdoor garden is a great space, it's perfect as it gets the sun most of the day plus has a shaded area as well. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and the train station is a similar distance, this is perfect for exploring the area. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach where there is plenty of bars and restaurants, and then a nice stroll in to Fuengirola, we often walked down then got the train back. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casablanca apartments. Our apartment was well presented and ideally situated close to the train station and beach. Martin was very accommodating to our very late night flight arrival and always responded quickly to any queries we had. More than happy to recommend and book again!

We spent a great week Martin’s garden apartment. The apartment was spotless, had loads of storage and was fully equipped with everything you would need for a self catering break. Martin was a great host and very helpful if you needed any assistance. The apartment is very convenient to everything, literally just around the corner from the train station and has a very good supermarket just down the hill (the hill is no problem). The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and there you can find loads of restaurants and bars and you walk for miles beside the lovely Mediterranean. A trip to Mijas is definitely worth a visit, you can take the train into Fuengirola and get the bus just around the corner, or you can also take the train into Malaga, a beautiful city to visit.

The apartment was excellent and location suited us perfectly. It is on a bit of a hill but we didn’t find it a problem and we had a baby buggy. The pool was closed for renovation but our host, Martin, gave us keys to use the pool at another apartment. He was a very attentive host.

I stayed in Martin's lovely garden apartment for 6 weeks this winter and had a very enjoyable stay Martin could not have been kinder he even put Netflix on the tele for me. The only thing missing apart from a teapot was a table in the garden for alfresco eating there may have been one in the storage, but didn't see it . The hill up to the flat was a bit daunting but got used to it. I would recommend this apartment to other holiday makers very comfortable and clean .

We spent a week here with two very small children. It was ideal and a cot and high chair were provided, even had cute baby linen! The apartment is very well equipped but there is no bath just a shower which was only a problem with the baby! Martin was very friendly and I know he would have been there had we encountered any issues. The trains are barely noticeable, but the closeness to the station is great for the airport and the ‘hill’ is only steep for a very short stretch and we managed ok with the buggy. It’s a 7 minute walk to the bus and the coast where you can begin to explore so many different areas. The Bioparc is a must, as is Mijas but for us a leisurely stroll along the paseo and a day on the beach are the best. The pool was too cold to swim in but it was October however the sea was lovely. Good value for money.

The property has everything you could need all aspects covered. Very close to the train station so you can explore the other towns. Close to supermarket and a couple of pubs. Martin the owner was very helpful he was always on hand if we needed anything.

We stayed at Martin's apartment for 11 nights at the beginning of July and had a fantastic holiday. Overall the apartment is excellent. The location is ideal for travelling from Malaga airport (30 mins then a 2 minute walk) and seeing other towns/ attractions if you wish. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need so travel light. An added bonus was the beach accessories and a lot of towels for a family of four. The town of Torreblanca is very nice and has the right amount of bars and restaurants. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and great for kids. An excellent supermarket is 2 mins from the apartment and has everything you need at very reasonable prices. Martin was very hospitable, meeting us on arrival and answering any questions we had. We hope to return next year!

Stayed at Martins Apartment with 4 Friends June 18. Had an amazing time the apartment is well equipped and spacious, lovely to have a little garden area to eat breakfast in the morning and relax. Train station 2 mins walk if that, and the train service is very good and cheap, we used it on several occasions, supermarket 2 mins away, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk. Lovely area to stay in with just the right amount of amenities, however if you want something a bit more lively fuengorola is only two stops down on the train and very lively, cab back was just 7 euros.

I would highly recommend this property , bright and nicley decorated apartment well equipped kitchen real home from home. The position of the property was good ,near the beach and station but far away enough from the shops bars and restaurants for peace and quiet .There was a handy supermarket just 2 minutes walk away which was great . We were met at the station by Martin who was very warm and welcoming , a great start to a lovely holiday.

Have stayed in Martin's apartment twice. Lovely, clean and spacious. Right beside the train station and supermarket. Big bonus is the enclosed garden, great for children. Have nothing negative to say. We love this place.

Martin's apartment is in a lovely location, incredibly handy to train and close to a very reasonably priced supermarket (with a cash machine beside it). It's about 3min walk to the train and 5 min walk to the beach. The train is so handy for seeing some of the other towns along coast and so easy to get to and from the airport! The apartment itself has everything you need, including some basics like oil, salt, washing powder and a tea towel - things we've found previously not always provided! The garden is lovely to catch the sun and there is a nice seating area with a canopy which was great for the kids. There is a small pool in the complex which was clean with toilets beside it and surprisingly warm water! The only downside on the pool was that inflatable lilos were not permitted, but I understand why as it's not that big and would impact on those who want to swim- just something to bear in mind if you're a family with small children who love pool floats! We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Also highly recommend Tanit restaurant in Torreblanca, we had the most incredible meal on the last night!

We stayed at Villas Casablanca in Torreblanca in January 2016 and this year was every bit as good everything you need is there to hand inside and out. How nice it is to sit out in the garden instead of a balcony and help out by watering the grass and borders now and again! I am now in my 83 year and my wife not far behind. Martin was kind enough to pick us at the train station. We hope to return again next year. Peter Kean , Perth ,Scotland

The apartment is very well equipped with virtually everything you need, including smart TV with internet access, DVD player, WIFI and on a more mundane note even a very necessary shopping trolley. Martin, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming and he refunded our security deposit on the day of departure. He also met us at the station which is just a few minutes walk away, and took us to the apartment in his car for our suitcases. Having the trains so close is fantastic for getting into Fuengerola (just two stops) in 10 minutes or so. It's just one stop from the street market with ten minutes walk. (Take the shopping trolley!). The lovely beach and promenade is about five minutes away with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. If you like an English breakfast, go to 'Cheers' about ten minutes walk along the front. There is a well stocked supermarket just two minutes away down the steep hill (again, the shopping trolley was essential). Although there were only the two of us, I noticed that the apartment was very well equipped for family use with plenty of pans, crockery etc. There were also several children's games. Having the train so close is such an advantage (about half an hour from the airport) but there is a trade off. You can hear it from the apartment every 20 minutes or so. It wasn't intrusive for me but it was for my wife. The only negative things I can say about this apartment are: 1. Having stayed in November, the nights were quite cold and there wasn't enough blankets on the beds. We had to sleep in jumpers. However, I must soften this by saying Martin did give us his phone number and asked us to call if we had any problems and we didn't bother calling. I am sure he would have resolved this if we had called him. and, 2. the small comfortable garden loses the sun in the afternoon. If you decide to chose this apartment, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Martin's apartment was ideal for my family of 4. The kids (age 3 and 5) loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. The garden is an added bonus and is lovely to be able to sit outside and have a drink in the evening. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I do not have anything to compare this against apart from all inclusive hotels close by. As our first time renting a self catering apartment we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of service supplied by the owner Martin. One of the reasons I chose this apartment over others was its close proximity to Torrablanc station, however Martin arranged to collect us and show us around, I just have to call him when we boarded the train at Malaga airport, that part of the journey was both easy and enjoyable. The apartment was a little smaller than the photographs suggest (wide angle lens shots) but was no problem. A nice touch was the full size, brand new rates fridge on the terrace, ideal for beer wine, prepared fruit and snacks to be used whist in the garden. We had one small problem the second day in that we could not figure out how to use the electric cooker and thought that there must have been an isolater switch somewhere but could not find it. I rang Martin who sent an English speaking electrician around within a very short time, no problem with the cooker just our ignorance of halogen. Martin also called around the day before we were due to leave on his way back from a trip up country to make sure everything was okay, explain where to leave the keys for the cleaners and arrange a suitable time for them to attend. He also made the point that he would transfer the deposit back to me over the weekend, I had an email on my return confirming this. I would love to return some time next year if I can find the space in what is due to be a busy year and if he has and days available as this property is very popular. My only disappointment was that we were unable to use the market(took a long list) as the annual festival/fair was using the space, we went but not really out thing. Note to self, check what is going on in the local area before you book. I would highly recommend this property for a couple o small family, it's not really geared up for two couples as the second, small bedroom has a single and a pair of bunk beds which take up most of the space. But to be fair we were just going as a couple but when my sister saw it she decided to join us. A very good holiday had by all which included some outstanding weather. We will be back.

Our stay at Casablanca apartments was excellent , great location with easy access to supermarket, trains and taxis. There is TV etc in the apartment but this was never used by us as we spent all our time in the garden. Really good Wifi. We were met at the apartment by Martin the owner and he went over everything with us which was really helpful. We have been holidaying in Torreblanca for over 16 years and I would rate this apartment as 'Very Good'. The pool is great for having an afternoon swim and then back the apartment to lie in the sun. Having the garden is an added bonus. Plenty of places to eat out in the area. Regards Marion Macdonald

Мы останавливались в этой квартире дважды. В 2015 году на 2 месяца и в 2016 году на 1.5 с двумя маленькими детьми. Мартин отличный хозяин, быстро реагирует на вопросы и помогает во всем. Квартира после ремонта стала лучше: пол теперь не скользкий, большой холодильник, появились два вентилятора и есть очень удобные толстые матрасы на лежаки для террасы. Появились москитные сетки на окнах! Это супер плюс! Вообще мы в таком восторге от этого места: квартира расположена в спокойном малоэтажном доме с закрытой территорией. Отличный бассейн. Лучше, чем на фото. Купаться в нем комфортно с середины июня. В июле просто вода парное молоко. Рядом станция электрички, можно добраться (бесплатно) до некоторых станций, тк на ней нет турникетов и на многих их тоже нет. Магазин -"за углом", все можно купить, козье молоко есть. Только свежей рыбы не продают. До пляжа идти недалёко совсем. На пляже есть другой магазин, немного дороже, но отличается ассортиментом. За рыбой и много чем другим мы ездили в Mercadona на станции Plaza Mayor. (Беспл) Рынок на станции Fuengirola дорогой в сравнении с магазинами. Море тёплое становится примерно с начала июля. В зависимости от лета в квартире может быть жарко и душно. В июле и августе. Особенно в комнате, где двухъярусная кровать. Но потолочные вентиляторы частично решают эту проблему. У Мартина в подсобном помещении есть игрушки для пляжа, матрасы надувные, зонты, тележка на колёсах для продуктов и тп С детьми отлично сходить в биопарк в Фуэнхироле ( если планируете сходить два раза, то выгодней становится купить абонемент на год:), рядом с биопарком есть две шикарные площадки детские. На автобусе можно доехать до океанариума (на один раз), фуникулёр в Бенальмадене отличный (есть шоу разные по расписанию на горе), отличный городской парк Paloma в Бенальмадене и парк Батарея на станции Montemar alto. Ну и старый город в Малаге тоже приятно посетить. Рестораны на пляже не понравились. Отдельно скажу про зеленую террасу. Когда ешь на улице, совершенно другой вкус у еды. Гриль-существенный плюс. Поливать газон -приятный ритуал. Мы покупали на станции Фуэнхирола мяту в горшочке и петунии и сажали с краю газона в тенёчке. По приезду есть обычно только вода. Никакой еды. Даже соли может не быть. Надо быть к этому готовым. Можно ещё много рассказывать. Эта квартира и отдых в Торребланке навсегда останутся в наших сердцах. Я думаю, мы ещё приедем! Мартин, спасибо!

Fabulous apartment! Everything we needed and more! Excellent location handy for bars and restaurants. Supermarket within 2 minutes walk. Lovely pool area. Would definitely use this apartment again. The garden was perfect, lovely on an evening to sit and chill.

The property is very central to all amenities, a good supermarket, the metro line, the beech and lots of bars and restaurants, but still very quiet and peaceful. The gated community setting means security is good, and the communal pool is a decent size for the kids to play in or to have a nice dip. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable and clean, with good wifi signal and TV. Beds all very comfy, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, and a delightful private garden with furniture and a built in BBQ. Martin is extremely helpful, although the place was so perfect we really didn't need any help with anything. We had a parking space within the gates and it was a 20 min drive from the airport, but it would have been just as easy to get the train there. Our family had a superb time there and would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in January very much and would go again and recommend it to our friends. We particularly enjoyed having the garden and spent most of our time there - the sun was in the garden from 9.30am - 4.00pm. Property was within five minutes from the sea, trains, bus, supermarket, restaurants We will be back. Owner could not do enough for us.

Just home from a fantastic holiday at Martins apartment couldn't have stayed in a better place home from home martins apartment had everything we needed and 2 min walk to the supermarket/ train station/ the rovers return sports bar were we had our dinner 5 nights out the week we were there food and staff were lovely wifi kept kids happy even in martins apartment wifi was fantastic smart tv we watched movies after long days at the pool and exploring Martin your apartment is super and we will definitely be back thank you again for everything and see you soon Caroline James and family x
