Located in Massa Lubrense, this charming villa for $457 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool in the garden and a heated Jacuzzi on the top terrace. On the ground floor of the main house, there is a fireplace, a bedroom with three beds, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, but there also is a master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. The master bedroom's bathroom has a tub and a shower. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom closet with a bathroom, a washing machine and an iron. A wide and convenient granite staircase, with large windows that overlook the garden, leads to the first floor. On the first floor, there is another living room, which has a television with Sky. This room leads to a beautiful terrace on which there is a marble dining table for 10 to 12 persons. The terrace is covered by a pergola and connected to a kitchen that is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is also fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, breakfast cups, place mats and all the other daily necessities. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom, which is built on two levels and which has a bathroom with a tub, a dressing room and a television with My Sky. The other bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room and a big bathroom with a shower. Another huge terrace, which is partly covered by a pergola, can be reached from this terrace thanks to a very convenient staircase. It is fully equipped with sun chairs, tables, sofas and armchairs with pillows. It has a magnificent mini Jacuzzi pool (heated). There is a private car park on the property that can be reached via a narrow street, so we recommend cars no larger than a Golf, for example. The car park is large enough for 2 cars. Swimming pool is open from May to October.

Stayed with my family over the Christmas holidays. Lucio the property manager was very hospitable and welcoming. He gifted us with some amazing pastries when we arrived and again when we checked out. Villa was perfect for the 6 of us. I would love to come back in season and visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa , plenty room for everyone to spread out . Everyone had there own bathroom . We had the large bedroom with balcony on first floor , very comfortable cool and quiet . Facilities were good . Only one thing the kitchen was pretty small for the size of the house , plenty eating areas inside and out and the view from terraces was wonderful. It was a nice quiet area you felt part of the town . Saracan tower very interesting and different . We were a family of 12 . The managers could not do enough for us, so kind . They met you at bottom of track and transported your luggage up to villa . Steep incline to villa but managed with buggy ok. Managers gave us a gift of pastries on day one and our last day and gave us some jars of homemade lemon marmalade to take home . So kind , they were always on hand to help . The owner of villa had flowers sent to myself and my niece in our birthday . A wonderful gesture . We found the town very nice not touristy locals with all the shops you need and restaurants and loved the nearby harbour with fantastic restaurants and views . It was only 15 mins on a bus from town to Sorrento so easy to get about . You don’t need a car . Enjoyed everything so much we Definately would go back . Thanks to everyone great communication from all x

We cannot express enough how amazing our stay was at the villa! We arrived after a long flight to Lucia and Erna making us a fabulous pizza dinner! We loved the villa and Lucia and Erna were exceptional! They took care of our every need! The villa was beautiful inside and out! We look forward to booking again in the future and meeting our new friends Lucia and Erna! Exceptional!

We have just spent the most amazing week here in Massa Lubrense. The villa itself was amazing, and Lucio the property manager just the most wonderful kind person you are ever likely to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, from simply taking my elderly (80+ years old) parents to town, or upto Picco Restaurant which is a must or a group of us to Nerano beach and back, he also cooked a delicious pasta and fish dinner for us and supplied us with his homemade limoncello, grazie Lucio!
The villa itself is well equipped with everything that you need from the cool dipping pool to the rooftop hot tub, you will enjoy this place. The town of Massa Lubrense has everything you need from a local town, great groceries, bars, restaurants and gelato. Oh and Lucio provided us with Italian pastries on our first and last mornings . We were a group of 11, ranging in ages from 16 - 85 and we all loved our stay, even my parents managed the small steep climb to the villa.

Wonderful villa in small town Massa Lubrense. Views galore! The owners and their staff take great pride in the property. They are the most responsive of all that I have experienced. Mr. Lucio and Irma took care of all of our needs. They even came over to make a pizza dinner for us. I just left today and miss it and them already. A+++++. Gratzie mille!

Bravo! Communication with Maria the owner was very easy. Upon arrival Mr Lucio and Irma had a beautiful antipasto, bread and wine waiting for us, complements of the owner. The villa was impeccable, everything was immaculate and the views were spectacular. Mr Lucio dropped off pastries in the morning. Easy walk to the town where everyone was very friendly and it had great restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and, of course, gelato and pizza. The bus to Sorrento ran every 20 minutes. We used driving services by Gaetano and his company and drivers were friendly and accommodating. We had Mr Lucio and Irma make us pizza in the villa’s outdoor pizza oven and it was over the top! Filomena cleaned the place spotless on Saturdays and Wednesdays. All in all, this was a memorable vacation in the villa. We would definitely consider returning. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Loveliness in
Our stay in Massa Lubrense was the perfect vacation. My family enjoyed the lovely location in a small village near Sorrento. We mostly stayed at the villa with the view, pool, football and ping pong that kept us happy. But we could always walk to the village for groceries, shopping, water or GELATO which was a daily occurance.

Outstanding Massa Lubrense
I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars, what a destination, property and host! First, the property is stunningly beautiful, has excellent amenities, and is very functional for a bigger group with multiple families. We enjoyed morning coffee or happy hours from several patios around the property, or around the pool at sunset. The pool and hot tub were well used by the 4 kids in our group (6-12). I can’t say enough about the host and the staff that came by. Handy and responsive. They even arrived at our extended check out time to help with our bags. This on top of several thoughtful items left in the kitchen or on the doorstep for breakfast in the morning. For our group of two families, this place worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Only point of awareness is that there is a steep hill up to the house from the main road, just something to consider for those that have trouble with that sort of thing, not a big deal for our group including the six year old.

We took a boat tour to Capri with a local company and had a fabulous day. Some of our favourite times were spent on the local trails. We enjoyed family dinners at this very well equipped house. We would love to come back

Fantastic villa in perfect setting
Rented this beautiful villa it was better than the online pictures. So clean. Carlo kept us up to date and answered questions promptly even got my transfers sorted. A great start and it just got better, 10 of us stayed as it was my husband's birthday Lucio is fantastic and so attentive his family catered for the birthday meal 17 of us in total as relatives from Naples came, a beautiful meal and birthday cake his daughter Lucia made. Also highly recommend the pizza party as well best pizza we've ever eaten!!. The villa is a short walk to shops and everything you need. We took the bus to Sorrento a great place to visit. Lucio was waiting on our arrival if you need anything he is always there to help. We can't thank him, Anna, Lucia and Manuel enough. We will be back.

Lovely but older villa. It is very unique and has beautiful views. The owner and manager were very easy to work with. The property is lovely outside. Inside it is a large old villa with bathrooms that have most recently been updated. It is a good jumping off point for Positano, Capri and Sorrento which we visited and loved.

Wonderful Family Holiday
There were 5 adults and 5 children in our group and this beautiful villa was more than large enough to accommodate us. The villa itself is wonderful, spacious and very well equipped. Lucio was fantastic and so accommodating, we can recommend the pizza party, fabulous food and his family even made a cake for my 6 year old sons birthday! Masa Lubrense has some lovely local restaurants and shops, we were on holiday for my brothers wedding in sorrento which is only about 10 minutes away. We were glad we didn’t hire a car, the public transport was great and children travelled for free. Cannot recommend the villa enough we really enjoyed our stay here.

A gem!
Perfect location for exploring the Amalfi Coast! The home is lovely and easily accommodates 10.(even more) Massa Lubrense is a charming town with very friendly locals. The caretaker Lucio was very attentive to details and responded any time we called. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Italian Holiday
Our stay in Massa Lubrense was everything we hoped for and more. Lucio, his English speaking assistant, and his beautiful family were great hosts. The Friday before we left he and his family prepared a gourmet meal including what we all decided was the best homemade lasagna we had ever eaten. Unfortunately my wife took a tumble on the narrow, dark road back to the villa one night so we caution future visitors to be extra careful and to bring a light of some sort. All in all our visit was a dream come true and we highly recommend this location to anyone with a fairly large family group. Ideally, eight people although it could accommodate a few more.

The Villa is very nice with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The town was fun to shop and had good restaurants. There is a bus station in town with good travel options. We rented cars but the buses were a better option as the roads are crowded and very curvy. We had Lucio and his wife do 2 dinners for us and they were delicious. The pool and hot tub were great after busy days of site seeing

Beautiful, spacious villa with wonderful views
Seven of us spent a week in this fabulous villa. The photos on the website do not do it justice. It’s extremely spacious and would easily accommodate a much larger group. The roof top terraces are a wonderful place to sit and take it in the spectacular views. The only downside is the kitchen, which is on the small side, but there are lots of wonderful restaurants to eat out in nearby. The caretaker, Lucio, was fantastic and he organised a breakfast for us one day and also a Pizza Party. We were glad we didn’t hire a car as the road up to the villa is steep and narrow. Instead we used the local taxi company, Persico, who looked after us wonderfully. They organised a half day trip to Pompeii, as well as transfers to and from the airport. We can’t recommend this Villa enough!

The Villa was exactly as promised.
We had a wonderful 2 weeks with the family. Good public transportation for all of the Sorrento area. Some of the family took a 8 hour boat trip from the local marina.
You can walk to Massa Lubrense in two minutes. We went every day to pick up a few supplies!

Fabulous Italian villa with great Hosts
We are a large Family of 8. The town was perfect, quiet and not touristy. The House was as advertised with plenty of space. Lucio and his family were great hosts, they came to prepare a pizza party for our daughters 15th Birthday. They also provided great recommendation for the various day trips (local beach and boat tour). Thanks again for a great vacation.

50 Years of Family!
Our family of 10 -- grandparents to grandchildren -- loved our stay at the villa the first week of July. Since the "caveats" are few, I'll get those out of the way first: the kitchen is small, the driveway up the hill is steep and narrow (though we drove our rental car up and down carefully multiple times), there are stairs, and...well, that's it.
The villa has a wonderfully spacious layout, with separated bedrooms and bathrooms that gave our three family units plenty of space and privacy. Views over the orchards to the sea and sunsets were soothing and added to the sense of privacy at the villa even though there is another home next door. Everyone, kids in particular, enjoyed the small above-ground pool, the refreshingly cool temperature of which was a hit at day's end. We quickly came to consider our daily short walks to the small village center for food and other wants to be a part of our adventure and enjoyed the growing recognition and courtesies from shop owners over the course of the week. We hired an all-day boat tour to Capri at the small marina, walked to the rocky shore to swim, and hiked along the trails above the villa.
Making the entire adventure more enjoyable was the attentive and gracious care from the the villa manager, Lucio, assisted from time to time by his son and wife, all of whom we became very fond of by the time of departure. One night Lucio and his family prepared a pizza party for us, from the villa's outdoor oven, that generated "best pizza ever" remarks from most of our family (including me, who grew up in New Jersey). The setting and local wine perhaps had something to do with that.
One more caveat, offered hesitantly, is that the villa might be a bit of a challenge for children under 6 years old (though our youngest was 7 and she did fine).

This is paradise.
When we arrived at the villa, my husband couldn’t stop crying. He was overwhelmed by the enormous beauty surrounding us. 12 people in our group ranging in age from 19 months to 60 years. Plenty of room for everyone. Other reviews about the villa, the adorable town of Massa Lubrense, the helpful hosts, and the beautiful views from the terrace-are not exaggerations. We couldn’t have hoped for more.

The villa was wonderful, more than enough room for 8 people. The outdoor spaces were all perfectly planned.
The town of Massa Lubrense was perfect, not too small or over crowded. We were all very happy we decided to stay in Massa Lubrense instead of Sorrento.
