Wir waren 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder). Die 'Villa' ist eine Doppelhaushälfte mit drei übereinanderliegenden Wohnungen. Das hat für uns optimal gepasst. Die Lage ist schön, absolut ruhig gelegen, bis auf die Hähne in der Umgebung... Tolle Terasse im Obergeschoß. Außenbereich ist groß, schön zum gemeinsamen Essen, die beiden Außenduschen haben wir auch häufig genutzt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 min bis zum schönen Strand arco naturale. Was zu verbessern wäre: Internet ist nicht nutzbar, Signal sehr schwach bis nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank oben funktioniert schlecht, Lampen im Außenbereich oben funktionieren nicht. Die in der Beschreibung genannte Tischtennisplatte haben wir nicht gefunden. Inventar einfach und älter. Hausmeister Vasili ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und bringt Feigen und mehr... d.h. wir hatten trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten eine schöne Zeit.

Siamo tornati l'ultima settimana di agosto dopo 4 anni nello stesso posto perchè avevamo un bellissimo ricordo sia della casa che dei luoghi e tra l'altro essendo noi un gruppo numeroso, la casa è ben organizzata per ospitare tante persone. Anche gli spazi esterni sono spaziosi e c'è un bel parcheggio. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e la presenza del custode, che rimane a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità senza essere invadente, è un buon servizio. L'unico appunto è quello che, essendo un posto immerso nel verde e umido, dovrebbe essere fatta qualche piccola manutenzione in più. Rimane comunque un posto che consiglio vivamente!!!

Salvatore e la sua famiglia sono stati super accoglienti . Ci sono venuti a prendere (in dieci!) alla stazione e ci hanno fatto sentire molto a casa. La casa e molto grande a tre piani con bagni a ogni piano. Ci ha aiutato a noleggiare macchine, a darci consigli e ci ha pure lasciato una montagna di pomodori freschi dal giardino! Grazie Salvatore a te e a tutta la tua famiglia, e stata un’esperienza bellissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 15 le prime due settimane di Agosto 2016. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa e' grande, in buono stato, pulita, in un contesto ottimo (quiete notturna, temperature fresche, spazi esterni piacevoli). I Proprietari (che alloggiano a fianco) sono stati gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottimale vicino al paese e per raggiungere (in auto) le belle spiaggie della zona.

Bella e comoda....

Abbiamo soggiornato alla villa nella settimana centrale di agosto, tutto molto bene. Siamo arrivati e i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare la villa pulitissima, ordinata e accogliente. La posizione è ottimale, fuori dal caos di Palinuro, ma comoda x raggiungere le diverse spiagge. La villa è molto comoda, siamo stati in 15 persone (10 adulti e 5 bambini) e abbiamo occupati i tre piani, la possibilità di stare insieme ma allo stesso tempo avere una certa indipendenza è stato davvero un'ottima come soluzione. Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli, e le cene con gli arrosti sono state piacevolissime sotto il gazebo verde, così come le colazioni. Anche i supermercati vicinissimi e comodissimi x fare la spesa. Ovviamente c sono dei punti da migliorare: alcuni letti sono un pò scomodi, al piano terra il bagno è un po' soffocante (specie dove c'è la doccia), le camere da letto al piano terra troppo luminose, ci vorrebbero delle tende oscurati... insomma, particolari che renderebbero la villa più completa. La famiglia Frattasio davvero gentilissima tutta, a partire dal referente Salvatore senza però dimenticare Claudio che ci ha accolto e consigliato e la sig.ra Rosa ospitale e solare come poche, e anche tutto il resto della famiglia bambini compresi. Insomma, un soggiorno a "nu tantill e paravis" (questo il nome della villa dei Frattasio) davvero piacevole. La consigliamo vivamente ai gruppi numerosi e rumorosi come noi.

Ho soggiornato, in compagnia di amici e figli, nella Villa di Palinuro dove ho trascorso una magnifica settimana. Ritengo di assegnare 4 stelle alla mia vacanza cilentana: una a Salvatore Frattasio, proprietario gentile, disponibile, accogliente; una alla villa che non ha deluso le nostre aspettative, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle immagini; una all'ubicazione della villa, immediatamente vicina all'arco naturale, supermercato, bar e fermata navette (utile per i figli che si muovevano autonomamente); una a noi...per l'ottima scelta.

Bellissimo mare!!

Bellissimo mare!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa l' ultima settimana di Agosto: 3 famiglie con 6 adulti e 5 bambini e abbiamo affittato il piano terra e il primo piano.... c'era posto in abbondanza anche per altre persone. La casa infatti e' molto grande, ben tenuta e ben attrezzata, sia internamente che esternamente... si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dalle piu' belle spiagge di Palinuro, l'Arco Naturale, il Mingardo, le Saline e a meno di 10 minuti da Marina di Camerota. Appena arrivati, Salvatore - il proprietario - ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per raggiungere le spiagge, i ristoranti e i servizi migliori e piu' comodi nelle vicinanze... La consiglio vivamente sia per la struttura, che per la posizione... che per la disponibilita' e gentilezza del proprietario!!!

wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub in Palinuro. Super Haus und sehr schöne Gegend. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene Personen und hatten 2 Stockwerke des Hauses gemietet. Es hat alles super geklappt und hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Da wir im August waren, war es natürlich sehr heiß, es hat aber Nachts gut abgekühlt so das wir gut schlafen konnten. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

La casa è ancor meglio di come appare nella descrizione e nelle fotografie; la posizione è tranquilla e fresca di notte. Siamo stati veramente bene! I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili e discrete. Noi eravamo 15 persone e l'abbiamo affittata per intero. C'era spazio a sufficienza per tutti, grandi e piccoli, sia negli appartamenti che all'esterno. Rimarrà un bellissimo ricordo e se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti sapremo già dove andare.....
