Sicuramente la posizione dell'albergo la piscina , la gentilezza del personale.
Ristrutturazione in parte delle camere ,della discesa al mare e istallazione di un'ascensore che ritengo necessaria per l'accesso alla spiaggia per tutti. Inoltre istallerei una pedanaal mare più lunga perché la spiaggia non è affatto comoda. Da migliorare anche la colazione non adeguata a un quattro stelle

The location is great and the views are fantastic. However having access to the sea is very difficult and you could get hurt. It is not accessible for people with disabilities and the hotel has not made any effort during the years to create a better access to the beach and the water.
1. The breakfast is not up to a 4-star hotel. It got worse over the years. Not recommended. Find a bakery outside the hotel.
2. Crazy rule that once you pick your beds on the beach you cannot change them for the entire duration of your trip. What is that?
3. They have a weird system where you have to trade hotel cards for new towels. It was hard to manage.
4. The concierge/hotel management is horrible. I asked them to call us a taxy. They told us that to make sure we are “clean” before entering the car. My spouse and I are two successful professionals living in New York city.
5. When we checked out, we asked to stay by the pool. They told us that we had to leave the premises once we checked out because they were at capacity. Do I need to add more?
