How the hell can you charge €50,00 cleaning, €30, 00 electricity, €10,00 service cost, €7,20 cash paid city tax upon arrival and another €3,00 city tax upon check-out for 1 night???? Via email they said the €60 room was not available and we would get the €40 room instead, I have written proof they would pay me €20 back but they didn’t!! Don’t book here !!! They’ll rip you off!!!
