We had a good stay at this property and would recommend to other travelers. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best check in experience and our room was not as expected however this was no fault of Vicki and she did her best to rectify for us. Communication with Vicki was excellent and overall the property was great with excellent facilities, a gorgeous pool area right on the beach, close to local shops and restaurants with a great variety of yummy restaurants onsite. The only fault was with the check in staff and frustrating processes which was outside of Vicki’s control. Despite this would likely return again and have no hesitation recommending.
